Hey
I have been tweaking my GPro for some days to get a good Antutu score and beat the S4.
I used:
Custom 04b kernel
Liquid Smooth 2.37
I set the cpu to 1.89Ghz, gpu to 487mhz. The pone wasn't very stable with the voltages and temperatures I used but it was stable enough to run the benchmark. Of course I run Antutu several times until I got the score I was waiting for.
Any ideas to get an even higher score?
PS: If you are going to use my settings push the thanks button please. Thank you
I just run an stability test...
This ROM is 4.3.1?
If Is will not work OGP with T-Mobile.

It was stable for me unless I plugged the charger, I guess it makes the phone run hotter. But ymmy, you know.
I have new settings that are stable even with the charger plugged in, I can post them if you want.

Okay okay.. I know benchmarks don't really mean too much, so I do not need anyone bashing me for this thread.. after all it is in the general forum. It is just my curiosity. Sorry if it bother a lot of you.
Also if you don't mind stating, what rom and kernel you are running at the time of the AnTuTu benchmark test, also the clock speed you are at, detail screenshots welcomed.

yeah, you are, you just dont know it yet. YOU, sir, have an international SIII (GT-I9300) with the new quad core Exynos SoC, while WE have a T-Mobile SIII (SGH-T999) with a dual core Snapdragon S4. thats why your scores are so much higher than ours.

Perseus is definitely the kernel for you if you like all its features. I do not believe there is an AOSP kernel that has all the features but the SOAPkernel which is found here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2186037 is a decent kernel for the AOSP roms. It is an OC kernel and made by the same developer that made all the JEDI roms and Saber kernel.
Hope it helps, but I would stick with the TW roms, Battery life is better too.

I co-sign this. Battery life using Beanstalk plus Devil kernel compares to no other ROM I've personally used. Easily 24hrs with 6-7 hrs screen time. Using Viper for sound and it sounds amazing.
Thanks guys......I'll start checking out the kernels Where do you get viper sound?
I'm actually running illusion ROM right now. I'm trying to like the aosp ROMs but the h+ icons bother me, not having audio tweaks in my kernel bothers me, I like the Samsung keyboard and I can deal with not having multi window because I have halo.

Their all pretty good really depends on ROM and usage ... Its never the same for everyone ....
Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk 4
I found that battery life for the most of it is so very close its almost pointless, I also believe that the BL varies for everyone dependant on apps and usage. In any case you can most likely find tweaks for whatever ROM u want to use to help with battery life.

v17 cpuquiet for 4.4. v18 has nasty battery drain due to the kernel always resetting the MINIMUM frequency to 918MHz.
BAM is awesome and can be downloaded via BAM Updater on the Play Store.
BAM was banned from XDA from steal other people's stuff and not giving credit (I think).
If you're a fan of emulators, BAM is the best choice as it leaves you with more free RAM than any other ROM available for the OGP.
