I don't think so. Zooper has no way to pull images from the web.
If you have Tasker thought, then it's probably possible. You would have to download the doodle via Tasker to your device and then push the location as a path to Zooper via it's Tasker plugin. I don't have any experience with Tasker and downloading files, so I can't provide you with a ready made solution.

Did you read through the tasker wiki? It is extremely helpful. I wanted to set up something that automatically opens a shopping list when I go to a certain grocery store and while it is difficult to do, the Wiki walked me through location-based triggers.
There is a wiki?? Link please.

Not seen this mentioned, probably because the US ones have it as stock.
As Play music isn't available over here, Google have frozen the app out on UK N7s. If you've got Titanium backup installed, just defrost "Sound Search For Google Play 1.0.1" and it will now appear in your widget list.
Obviously it can only be used for song identification, if you click the widget after it has identified a song it will just open a Chrome page letting you know that Play Music isn't available in your country.
It works extremely well, just as you'd expect from a Google search product

Just a note, the OS refreezes it when you restart the device which buggers up the widget. You just need to defrost it again and put the widget back on the homescreen

I've discovered it yesterday, along with Google Wallet, Books, Magazines and Video... All of these were frozen in my device.
Great stuff.
If your in the UK. Use a free us proxy server to sign into play music once. And you will have play music from then on

I used Spotflux to get onto Play Music on my PC (Lets you download Play Music uploader and use your 20,000 song allowance) but it still won't enable you to buy music from this widget.
I'm sure some of you know about the Xbox Smart glass app just being released to control your Xbox dashboard with your Note 2, but if your in the gallery looking at pictures and click change player at the top then it automatically displays on your TV using your Xbox! Works with videos, pictures, and music. You must go to console settings and turn on "Smart glass apps", and "Play to" on your Xbox for this to work. Let me know how you guys are liking it.

Why do you think Quiet Sleep is such a good deal, even having all blocking features our phone comes equipped with? Am I missing something?

This ability is built in to Touchwiz, and can be found in the settings. It's called Blocking Mode, schedules, allowed contacts ... just as you describe, free.
Tasker, Dropsync, Nova Launcher, Hovernote, Floating Browser, (in-app pro version purchase based on IMEI is annoying, but it works, and can be restored after uninstallation) and the best photo editor I've found is PicSay Pro.

+1 to that.
Also like Nitrodesk Touchdown, lets me access my work Exchange account without giving work Admin access to my device.
1. Titanium Backup
2. Root Explorer
3. PowerAmp
Those are my top 3 for sure. PowerAmp definitely isn't necessary, but I like it more than the sammy player. Sometimes I may use beautiful widgets, but on the Note2 I use One More Clock as my clock/weather options and it's free. If any good kernels get developed, I'll buy the kernel developers app as well. I used to use Lightflow religiously on my Nexus, but seems like there is still a conflict with touchwiz software on that front for now.
Some additional favorites of mine:
- unlock with wifi
- dropsync
- Holo launcher plus

Clear vision, although that's a game...
Hmm let's see
Titanium backup (everyone with root no their phones should own this)
SuperSU Pro (wonderful for the root logs if you have stuff asking for root and you don't know what they are)
Mobile Odin Pro (I bought this to be supportive, I don't really use it...one of those "you don't know you need it til you need it" kind of things)
HD Widgets (best clock/weather widgets period)
Beautiful Widgets (second best clock/weather widgets period)
FPSE (PlayStation Emulator...very highly recommended for our phones. 60fps on every game I play)
Feedr (best RSS app/widget out there)
Podkicker Pro (best podcast app/widget out there...free version looks awful, paid version is much better)
Swiftkey 3 (and, when it comes out, Swiftkey Flow)
Realcalc (if you're in college and need a scientific calculator)
XDA Premium ( )
SetCPU (it took me 2 years to buy it since it's available on XDA free...but frankly I like knowing I contributed to that dev's awesome work)
I've done some reading and found launchers, suggestions and apps. Wondering if anyone has a setup they can share? My little cousin is 7 and I got her a nexus 7

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but I share my device with my kids (4 and 7). I've set up an user account for them and I've locked it down with "kid' s place ". They can only reach the apps that I allow and can't mess with any settings. You can also use the timer function to limit their usage of the device. Exciting "kid's place" needs (if you choose this option) a code too...
The reason why I use different user accounts is to allow them to have their own user data in shared apps
I hope this is useful to you...

If you update the tablet to Android 4.3 you could use a restricted profile
Hope that helps
One thing I just thought of is, you could use desktop visualizer and make big icons on the home screen for the apps that they would be using so they dont need to go into the app drawer and open up unnecessary apps (Or I suppose you can just take off a shortcut to the app drawer from the home screen with a custom launcher).
A setup I used when I handed down my old tab to my son (3yo) is smart app lock from thinkyeah and apex launcher with icon size set up for bigger icons - kidoz TV for kid friendly vids and use adaway to - well that's obvious.
I use zoodles
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zoodles.kidmode
4.3s new restricted profiles would work well for this. I haven't tried it myself though.

Take a look at all these apps. I'm sure one of them will fit your needs.

A Gumdrop Case would be another good addition for a child.
1.First restrict play store for keeping adult material out of kids reach
2.put on low level puzzles game like cut the rope, where is my water etc
3.search for some drawing apps
4.I don't think launcher will have an impact but if u need some attractive icons u can try apex, nova launcher
