Best Rom for Everything ???

Just wanna know the best rom for :
Gaming
UI (LooKs)
Speed & Performance
Battery Life (Even with slight Overclock)
Cant really find one that looks really good.

DiXperia 2, Lupus Linaro GB v2. Thats it.

The one u already used: NXT Rom

But still after a lot of thread that ask the same Q, and yet we hav another. Pretty weird tho.

Please help me for my xperia !
hi people. I will soon receive my xperia play and I really need advice.
If I did not root my phone or install a custom rom, can I play for example zelda ocarina of time has no lags or any problems or many other zelda games is just one example.
At the interface disign and I brace for a moment by the version 4.0.4 that I love.
So I advise you to install a custom rom or rooter my xperia play?
Another issue because I have a xperia x8:
Have known you a custom rom 4.0.4 with the camera and complete?

Well, there's loads.. there's Gin2JellyBean, NXTRom, DiXperia, or if you want to try out ICS, there's Mark Phytons ICS ROM for Android 4.0.4

Sorry to hijack and all that but if all I want to do gaming wise is play emulators and not the latest games what would be the recommended ROM? Currently using 2.3.7 true ancestor with doom kernel. Fancy a bit of ics, but don't want to sabotage my ability to play megadrive and snes games (and so on)

I use CM7.
Touchpads working on Dead Trigger and some other (havent tested yet)
Has got many settings, 20MB of used internal space n other stuff

Do touchpads work like gb?
I just use stock with doom kernal mainly because I like my touchpads working the GB way.

[Q]XPERIA Play 4G Flash ROMs

My brother had an XPERIA Play, until about a week ago when he got the Galaxy S3. I have an HTC One X, so I want to use this Xperia as a gaming device, but the performance on a lot of games is excruciatingly slow. I want to know if I can flash a ROM on the Xperia Play 4G, just for games and nothing else. Something like GinToJB or similar.

In my opinion, lupus Kernel v4 and Xperia NXT Lite was an idea. Lupus kernel v4 can overclock to1,8ghz without problems.

Hello XDA dev forums i love this forum and everyone who helps noobs like me
ok i ordered a SONY XPERIA PLAY R800X CDMA
i would like some help and direction in how to root it and what i need to do to flash custom roms i am going to be using it for gaming facebook twitter music recording video and posting it to youtube i have looked at some of the roms that are made and i am kinda excited for jellybean but has anyone done a gaming rom for jellybean on the experia play??
soo i am looking for a around rom thats small but will run games and graphics really well please and thanxs.

Hey there, I had to learn everything from zero too. It's not that hard if you take yourself some time and stay focused. The best rom for the play in my opinion is the Gin2JellyBean Rom. It's fast stable and games for android and emulators like fpse run real smooth.

Just want something that is stable, like stock and actually play games properly. r800x is dead, isn't it?

All jellybean roms for r800i also have an r800x version. No jellybean roms are going to give you stock like experiencevin gaming though they are stqble

Any of them you'd recommend? The most stable, etc.?

Pac is really nice and its stable and games will run ok with an overclock but the touchpads are very laggy in some games and work fine in others. Slimbean is the lightest rom but it has a problem with soft reboots that couldn't be solved. Paranoid android is pretty nice and has the tablet ui and also hqs more free ram than pac rom but it has less features. Those are imo the top jb roms but there's also cosmic dans jellyzeus which is great but it has vey little features its a "bare" rom. He also has a turbo ui which is great but I don't really like the theme of it. And then there's miui 5 which is a beta and discontinued. Its a beautiful rom but has some problems that wont be fixed because dan has left. My favorite is pac but you'd have to choose based on your needs.
Edit: there's also aokp which runs fine despite what the thread says because the op was never updated. It says camera doesn't work but it actually does

In short, there wont be any stable jb roms for the R800x without the help of SONY.

lego star wars xperia phones

if you download the xperia lounge app, you get the lego star wars game free. when I tried downloading, it said my phone is not compatible.
I've got an 800i, atomic 7phone. anyone able to get this working? thanks!

Probably for ICS+ only.

Weird, it's not compatible with any of my devices: HTC Sensation on 4.2.2, Asus Transformer Prime on 4.1.2 & Xperia Play on 2.3.3 (I think)..

It only works with xperia devices and ICS or higher so if you flash an ICS ROM on your xperia play it'll work
