I have a N7100 with United Arab Emirates and on the middle east region 4.1.2 is not available yet. can i download 4.1.2 from any region and flash it on my phone using odin? im a noob on android. just bought an android phone was geting tired of IOS.

Yes, I have the same model, CSC : AFR and flashed the French 4.1.2 rom with no problems after help from Dr Ketan

try find it in samfirm(or something with similiar name i dont remember it is curect name) program it should find it
