If you install Xposed Framework you can then install the module GravityBox which gives you a few different choices.

I want to see is NFC powered on or not, but i don't see icon in status bar.
I use paranoid and carbon rom but in both i have the same behaviour.

Navigate to the settings where you can change the quick panel widgets. There should be an NFC panel that you can enable.

I know on the most of stock roms(LG,Samsung etc, not AOSP) there is an icon in the status bar, never saw one on a AOSP based rom.

at my atrix hd at the same carbon firmware i can return NFC icon back if edit build.prop file and set ro.nfc.icon.enable=true

Hello ,i'm looking for any way how to enable or download the status bar from android 4.4, i just want it transparent, i'm on 4.2.2 SHPONGLE rom.
Is there any way, please?
I already have Android 4.4 theme + launcher.

Only stock ROMs launchers have transparent statusbar, but not every of them... there's flashable zip somwhere in mods section, but it makes statusbar transparent in EVERY app, which looks weird and ugly
slim bean for primou and primoc has a setting to change the transparency of the status bar. but it does not toggle between full non transparent and back to transparency when opening apps,etc..so it looks sort of weird while apps like the browser are in use.
Xposed Module Gravitybox does it!

try Gravitybox xposed module. Works like a charm
Hi, I like to have a normal battery text near the icon (or just text without icon, I don't need it), but in the 4.4.2 stock update sony changed the classic text+icon layout to a all-in-one text in icon. I tried all the methods to change the battery from systemUI, but noone worked. Also some xposed modules that could change the icons in the status bar, like gravitybox KK, xblast tools and many others, didn't work, the battery icon didn't change.
Do you know any method to replace it? Just like CM11, where it's easier select "text" in battery indicator style. I'm using RomAur 3 rom.

You should notice that the xml file names are different so you need to edit them accordingly.

I am a fan of Cynogen mod and i have been CM11 4.4.4 on my samsung grand duos.
But however i am unable to change the clock position to center and also not able to change the battery Icon as well
I have tried Gravity box and xblast to change the clock position but didnt work.

You must know that xposed modules like gravity box adds features of cyanogenmod rom to other roms.You cannot use gravity box on cyanogenmod based roms.You can use cosmic cm rom as it has lots of customization.

Hi thanks for replying can you please suggest me a way to make the clock center and change the battery icon as well?
Because i think those are the only bugs which i find while customizing cm11

These two customizations are not possible If u r using CM11 by pawitp. But If u need those customizations desperately try using CosmicCM by k2wl which has dual SIM functionality.

Hi,
I have tried cosmicCM but i have faced an issue with that rom. The apn's do not show up in that and even if i save it manually it is not working on my samsung grand duos...
Though the Rom works seamlessly i am not able to use the gprs

I have a question about changing my notification bar and status bar.
I want to make them look like stock lollipop but I dont want to make anything else look like stock.
So the question is how do I do that?
I found material status bar but it is very buggy, it doesnt show my phone reception correctly, is slow, and the wifi sign seems to dissapear, also you can't rearrange the shortcuts on the notification bar.
I can't use CM as it is not availible on ze500cl(Z00D).
I currently use Nova launcher.
My phone is rooted.
