Just one cuestion, to swap between cm10.1 and 10.2 with cwm backup, its a must-do full format? Or just wiping?

I think that you could do swap without wiping but you may have errors, so its recommended to wipe when you switch between ROMs esspecialy when its in alpha/beta stage
*sory i didt read that you asking for a full format ^^

CRY OF HAPPINESS.
Thanks, bro.
It was very cool to install cm10.2 and Andriod 4.3 on my L5 when it's barely coming out on high end devices.
What I noticed so far:
- Trebuchet froze on first boot
- Phone becomes really slow
I'll update this if I notice anything else along the way.
Awesome

I just flashed it so can't really tell anything about battery, but it generally seems to perform better than CM12.
I can tell animations are even more smoother, and some ripple effects that used to stutter are smoother now.

1. Successfully send and received file with other M via BT.
2. Yep, can confirm.
Sometimes formatting SD stuck on 20% or 40%
After full deep formatting on PC it passes process successfully, but can't be used: card filesystem broken.
And it suggest do same process again and again.
