[THEME] UPDATE ! Insanity Jumba meets Bezke greeny :) - and Non Insanity version :)

UPDATE In Post 2....
First thing is first...none of this work is mine...I just repacked it..
Thanks to Jumba,Bezke,Goldieking for the icons, D3StRoY for the Widgetlocker theme and rob for the wallpaper....sorry if I missed anyone out.....
Ok......
I repacked this theme as I heard a number of reports saying that Jumba's theme was force closing on the Insanity Rom...
I tried it myself and I had the same results so I decided to unpack the theme and do a little trial and error..
This was intended for my personal use but had quite a big response for it so I thought Id make it available to all.....
From what I found the settings.apk just didn't work on Insanity..flashing with CWM or pushing the apk with root explorer gave the same results...
Now some people may not have had these problems, so this thread is for people that have or for people that want difference status bar Icons...
What has changed...
A lot of the Insanity Rom is already themed green which helps as most of the apk weren't needed..
Took out all apk..
Replaced with -
Neon green and black Market 2.3.4
Darky's 9.3 settings (green)
Modded the Framework.res and changed the stat/sys files of Jumba's status Icons to Bezke Themed ones...changed Wifi, Signal and battery..
Works on multi DPI

I use ADW Launcher EX, this is how I get the dots either side of the bottom icons, its a nexus look...
You can use launcher pro or course without the dots...you need the paid version to set the rows and colimns and size the clock...
In either launcher, set the rows and columns I use 10 rows and 7 columns I think.. set the dock to 3 and go from there...
Of course you can use you own stuff but its there if you want it....

If that's not put you off then read on.....
Download widget locker from the market 2.0.2 I think is the latest at time or writing...
When you have widget locker, download these two lockscreens and put them on your internal sd card...here - (do not unzip them) -

Im not going into full detail of this app, if you need help, then search on xda for more instructions..
In short...
When you have moved those themes to the location you can now open widget locker and choose them...
The D3S L002 is to lock your phone..
The PowerMod theme is for the msg,camera and web or whatever you want to setup..
When you have selected the powermod theme if you swipe it across you will see all options to change ...

I wouldn't mind jumba with just three battery icon but only if it isn't too much work

I will make one and get it uploaded in both insanity and non insanity versions soon

Xan's kernel?! Using DamianGTO 1.2 kernel also OC and UV but battery drain is quite high. When using on Darky's 9.2 it was good drain. Dunno just gotta get my combo's right methinks.
The default kernel in Insanity seems good too. Stefano's??? What is that based off?? do you know? Voodoo?

Yeah...Xan kernel...my battery life is great...never used stock for long....its based on speedmod....another downside is it uses version 1 of the sound fix....I like version 4

If your using the normal theme,which you must be if your on Ultimate 8.0 then only things that I changed were the icons...

I thought I'd release my OrangeICS Theme in the other low end Galaxy phone Sections, so we can all share
I originally made it for the Galaxy Mini, but it works on Galaxy Gio!

Looks great, but I have some ideas if you don't mind me
The blue lines in statusbar and setting and other system places should be changed if possible. Maybe you could use other shades of orange too, not only one.
An other rthing which I saw on the screenshots, the background image in settings should be something more simplified, since it's quite confusing. That image could be the default app drawer background.

I think i changed the background, Those are old screenshots as i do not own the device (or any android currently)
Could you provide new screenshots?
Some of the blue lines are framework things, i can't recompile framework to change them

Can somebody please help me im new to this.. Do i need a extra software to install this?, all i did was download the theme and install it. but it didn't work since i still got the same theme

Sent a request for pinning to the mods. I wish they'd separate the themes from the apps, but this is the best alternative since I know they'll never do that

Stuck the thread....OP just make sure you stay on top of keeping it updated....if that ever changes and this thread goes weeks without being updated and needing it, then someone else will be assigned or it will just be unstuck.

There's a few new cm10 themes on the market for theme chooser, can you please update the links to them? Thanks If you need links I can prove them.

I have tried the Natezmodz themes and the DarkJelly themes on my Nexus 7. I have one question though, is it only me that gets a force close on system ui? I mean the theme works great after the nav bar loads up again, and the system ui comes back.. Is this happening to everyone or just me?

You skipped mine? Lol- I'm kidding. The systemui is supposed to do that. It allows all the redirections to theme properly without having to reboot.

Lol I've heard that the themer who makes the elegence themes, isn't that cool of a guy. I am also joking, I've had your themes on my Gnex and they are amazing! I told myself that my nexus 7 would be the first device I wouldn't root, and that lasted about three days... I just rooted it today, and haven't got a chance to try your theme yet. :laugh:

Sonny Sekhon themes work
I've now used Arctic Orange, Ember, Frost and Onyx from Sonny Sekhon with no issues. I assume his other themes will also work as they're all built on his standard template.

[THEME] [VRTHEME] [4.2+ ONLY] MIX n' MATCH 1.0

I disappointed you guys for my unreleased Mix n Match (Xperia + Motoblur) theme, so here is my current personal theme. It still uses Motorola icons and a few icons from Xperia framework, but with a little improvisation made to match the 4.2 clock app (loving the visual of the clock app).
Grab the zip from the attachment. Feel free to learn about vrtheme from xda! (hint: google search)

This looks amazing, best theme ive seen so far. When i try to build it in zipthemer though, it says there is no control file in your theme.
Are you thinking about porting it to theme chooser?

well since I have been using my previous theme (vrtheme format too) across various roms when I was on 4.1, it should work fine too on 4.2 roms (accept paranoidandroid, somehow the some of the resources aren't themed). HOWEVER, you may need to rename a few of system apps before flashing as OTA roms commonly use different name scheme; the 3 affected apps are browser.apk (must rename to browsergoogle.apk), deskclock.apk (to deskclockgoogle.apk, and gallery.apk (to gallerygoogle.apk). simply rename them on root explorer, and then flash the theme.

[Theme][vr tw 4.3] i9300 final update Nov 9th

introduction to my theme for touch wiz 4.3 on i9300 ONLY! don't try and flash this on any other version or model. This has a blacked out look and really has changed what Sammy made. I'm still trying to come up with something for all. I think cm theme will turn out ok. Making for xhdpi and xxhdpi with 2014 template. Should turn out ok...I hope.
