pascal / c++ compiler for xperia x1

It would be sweet to have both of them ('cuz the qwerty keyboard and the large display). With a compiler i could be set on debug mode while i'd be waiting for the bus.
If you need a pascal compiler. Take a look at larazus project.
It's possible to cross compile to ARM
i tried lazarus project but without any progress.

For pascal i use pocket dos and old borland pascal for dos. It run great. For c++ i don't know how to do this
i didn't think about that. can you upload the files please?
try this one
(i cant post links....yet)
google it "smorgasbordet" and "Pelles C"
"Pelles C is a complete development kit for Windows and Windows Mobile. It contains among other things an optimizing C compiler, a macro assembler, a linker, a resource compiler, a message compiler, a make utility and install builders for both Windows and Windows Mobile. "
thanks mate, i apreciate. but speaking of pascal compiler?

[Q] Surface RT - I may have found a way to run exe - only one question

I may have found a way to run exe - only one question
Long story short, does Surface RT run Executable Jar File (.jar)...????
If yes, I will post the download link in xda.
Note the download link will be able to be downloaded through mega.co.nz.... For Security Reasons.
Update 27/01/2013: The Post which has the download link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37242467#post37242467
Well you can only run executable jars with JRE, which doesn't exist for Windows RT.

Can someone try to run a Executable Jar File (.jar). I am not talking about JRE. - No offence JihadSquad above comment
I will post the link as experimental anyways.
An 'executable jar file' is ran using a Java virtual machine (JRE in this instance), and there is no port of JRE,OpenJDK or anything related to Windows RT, besides why don't you just post what is your theory instead of hiding it, also we already have an exploit to disable signature checking and run executables under Windows RT
please link me, Samuel Games
and the link for Jar File...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37242467#post37242467
OK... explanations are apparently in in order here.
1. Windows RT can already run EXEs... they just have to be signed by Microsoft, or must run in the AppContainer sandbox (thus is what Metro apps do).
2. "Executable Jar File" is Microsoft's default name for a 'Java ARchive'. Executing it requires some form of Java Runtime.
3. There exists a hack to override the restriction in explanation #1. However, this still only allows running EXEs that are compiled for ARM processors.
4. There is no official Java runtime for Windows RT. However, there is a .NET-based Java runtime which can be executed on RT using the hack in #3.
5. There also exist emulators which allow running x86 code (instead of ARM code) programs, although they also require the hack in #3.
6. While decompiling your JAR file is not going to be hard, it would be good if you told us *what* it does, for convenience's sake.

nVidia Cardhu (Devboard) UEFI firmware

Probably completely useless, but I have the UEFI firmware and Windows RT driver package for the nvidia cardhu (tegra3 devboard).
I can't tell you for certain if it works though, as I have no nvidia cardhu (and that's not with lack of trying to get one!), and I just ordered a raspberry pi 2 to use as my new WoA testbed anyway.
The WoA driver package for cardhu is very very similar to the Surface RT driver set, so I won't upload that unless someone really wants that.. but here's the UEFI firmware.

Your link is busted. There's no "hxxp" protocol.

Full OpenGL support within Linux chroot?

Hey guys. I've successfully installed various Linux distros via the chroot method as explained in the following thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/zf2-linux-howto-t3158034.
I haven't seen very much information as to whether or not someone has found a way to take full advantage of the GPU within the chroot. It seems the current state is 3D software rendering with SSE4.1.
Has anybody been able to successfully implement this? If so, what were your methods?
Thanks in advance!
Any info found?
Helo. I'm interested as well. Any luck?

open rooting tools for QualComm 425 Android 7.0 on Linux host with android studio ?

Good day -
I am looking for the best open-source method to root my new Android 7.0
AGM A8 (qualcomm 425 snapdragon chipset, 4x AARCH64 cores) when it arrives.
I am a programmer (not a mobile device expert) with latest Android Studio + NDK
installed with Android 24 & 25 platforms for aarch64, on a Linux x86_64 Workstation.
I do not run Windows, though perhaps WINE might be a possibility; I can run Java, of course .
I will not root my device until I can assemble the source code
/ scripts and build an unlocking tool that I can read and understand - I do not want to
put my entire device security in the hands of a closed-source application that I cannot
read or build - especially one that risks bricking the device.
Please, does anyone know of an open-source rooting tool that will work for my device that I can build
and run with Android Studio ( IntellIJ Idea + SDKs + NDK + LLDB ) - on Linux ?
I also have Qt5 Designer & latest Java tools & gcc-6.3 & glibc-2.25 & binutils-2.28 & many frameworks installed .
Any suggestions gratefully received .
I have found : https://github.com/android-rooting-tools/*.git
but it looks like these take some time to learn how to use & are potentially dangerous
and not likely to work for Android 7.0 .
Ideally, I'd like a tool I can read (in C, C++ , Java, or Python or PERL or shell scripts) , build on Android Studio, run under emulator for testing,
and then push to device and run on device . Is there any such out there ? If not, it may be a long road, but I will follow till I get there / find one / write one.
Thanks & Regards,
Jason
