Am thinking to flash elixer 2.2,so if I want to come back to my stock kernel after flashing new one, what should I do? How do I get back to my stock kernel?
Because taking backup steps before I do anything is good..
Thanks in advance....

Its simple out of a sudden it shuts down by it self. I try to power it on, it powers on, it passes the kernel logo and enters the bootanimation, and guess what the bootanimation keeps going over and over again and it doesnt load the fw. I'm on .96 any solutions?

Hi, i have a couple of questions. My LT26i is still on 4.0.4 (ICS) and i want to flash a custom rom 4.1.2, is it ok if i flash it? No other requirements? Do i need to flash 4.1.2 firmware first or any other files? I hope someone can guide me to this. I really need guidance about this. Thanks..

Update your xs to 4.1.2 then
You should be able to flash
Just wipe your:
Dalvik
Cache
And if its not stock based then wipe your data
And again if its not a stock based rom ensure your bootloader is unlocked to avoid bricking
I think ive missed something but im sure thats more than enough
Any questions ask
And any one else try to help

Thank you sir. My LT26i is on KA13 ROM and also rooted. Can i use SUS to get the latest firmware? If i use SUS, will it remove the root? Thanks for your help.

sorry for the delay, i never heard of this kernel before and i had to do some research on the xda forum. so before i say anything else, you are lucky you didnt cause your note to have a hard brick.
the only way to flash the kernel is if your on samsung stock rom which is touchwiz. the kernel that you already have is for that rom only.
If you have more questions let me know:good:
Ok..thank joelv6...if i want to use civato rom what can i do 1st?juz flash that rom or go back to stock rom 1st?
