I want to know why half of the modules on Xposed Installer don't work Sony Xperia M. Even though soe of the moodules are intended for Xperia Devices running Android 4.1.2 +
Which one exactly u need and didn't work??!

Strange, I installed xposed 2.4.1, and that caused bootloop
Edit : this may have had happened because I didn't deodex the rom, as I had just bought the phone apart from rooting.

Anyone know if there was a framework made for our latest firmware?
Just use Xposed Framework and call it a day...
Will this work with full stock note 2 t889 rooted ??

Yes, just make sure you use the "updated" modules and you should be good to go.
I'm currently using:
DisableBatteryFullAlert
EnableCallRecording (as far as I can tell all of Canada is "single party" and it's come in handy a few times)
Play Store link in App info
ScrollingLauncherWallpaper
Xposed App Settings
Xposed Dormant Mode Notification Disabler (hides the "Blocking Mode" notification)
xMulti Window Mod (which, as you've guessed, enables multi-window with everything)
All work great on my own kitbash of N7105XXDMB3.
I cant see no modules mods on the modules side is empty also im on 4.1.1

Yeah my xposed installer doesn't work anymore either, I downloaded another version of it and doesn't report multiwindow

Hi I have a funny problem on my note 2 and nexus 7 which only started today and effects both.if I download a apk to install it won't let me use the install button , nothing happens. I have made sure I have allowed the external sources. It had always worked before
Could it be because you're internal memory is full? Or you could also try wiping davlik cache.

If you are using screen filter or same application, then close it. I have read such application can cause this type of issue

Hi thanks it was Glovebox sidebar
Bit of a long shot as I have asked at Android but no-one seems to know. When changing to one of the pre-installed wallpaper in the SMS app on the Note everything works fine. However, if I decide to choose my own pic it loads, but it's very dark. I had the Note 2 before and recently returned and before I could get my own pics showing normally. Anyone got any ideas on this one? Thanks.
If you have rooted device then try xBackground xposed module(get from theme and app section.)

Hi all...I usually always root my devices if possible and enjoy customs roms in the 3 or 4 android devices I've had....I bought the nexus 7 and I updated to 4.4.2.its turbo fast and great battery life...What am I gaining by rooting with this. ..? Just wondering If someone has input.Thank you.

Rooting generally is very useful for installing system type apps like ad blockers, file managers and stuff like Greenify. Also some custom roms give you the ability to govern processor speed to throttle back when you are not using the device and therefore further extend the battery usage between charges. Hopefully my vague answer was of some use?

It depends on what you want out of your device, there is nothing wrong with being happy with the stock device, unrooted, but for me, I rooted it for, Titanium backup, stickmount, xposed+gravitybox, francos kernel, multirom...and more, I work in IT and there are tools which help me make my job easier, and my clients networks more secure, which I can charge for!
Thanks weezle...very useful indeed.what is stick box and multi rom m?

No problem, have fun.:good:
Hi xda friends I have managed to find a fix for sound effects not working correctly on Z1 4.3jb .136 StockRom by using some older Sony fw files. By applying this fix you will have all sound effects working in movies incl xloud and overall volume levels will be back to what they should be. Just flash the zip using Twr or Cwm.
Before install you must;
- Be on Stock .136 4.3jb Rom.
- Be rooted.
- Have dual recovery installed.
- Perform nandroid backup before installing (just in case it goes wrong).
NOTE....
What you do to your device is your choice and responsibility, If you break it then you fix it!

you are on a C6902, the fix is for C6903. C6902 firmware will have differences to the C6903 firmware, hence why you cant notice the difference.

Do you have the bug where sound effects don't work in sony's movies app?
Sent from my C6903 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Guys I need you all to report back if it works or not for you, but only if you meet the current Rom requirements. If the bug also exists on the C6902 variant I can try to find a fix but won't be able to test it, I sold all my other xperia's and only kept my Z1 C6903 model.

its fine now, i dont know what it is but i have trouble downloading small files from mega. Any how, just tested on a c6903 on 136 firmware rooted and recovery all available of course. The bass has now gone up on the videos, they sound like they did on 257 firmware, i havent tested in 3rd party apps though, should the sound fix also work in 3rd party apps?
It depends on how the 3rd party apps are designed. Some use their own (built into the app) libraries for sound output and others will use the device effects for sound output.
