Hi all, I have been looking for an online seller to buy a new plastic enclosure for my excalibur but cant seem to find ones at a reasonable price. I really like the black ones I have seem which I believe are the HTC version of it and would like to buy one. Anyone know where to find one?
Try E-Bay ... i would even settle buying a broken, but good condition excalibur and taking it apart to get the case off.

There is soooo many to choose from and so many lovely ones. Apparently they also come with a free matching background, where the skin actually matches the screen. SOOOO COOL
But one question, im a noob and i want this but what exactly is it, a sticker, case, What????
sticker...but to me skin is useless. i have xperia skin at home..but i paste it on a paper, cuz im not using it. i prefer case. but not the type where it "FAT-ASS" it.

It's actually very nice. i didn't buy one they ordered the one i wanted.

I haven't bought one for my X10 since I would rather have a hard case than stickers but the rest of my family wanted some for their phones so since apparently I'm the only person in the house who is savvy enough to purchase things online I ordered a couple a while ago and they all arrived after about 2 weeks. the quality is actually quite good, though I'd recommend you pay the extra $2 for the Matte coating.
Another cool thing is that after your first purchase any time you buy another skin they give you a small discount (think it's like $2).
So yeah, if anyone is worried about the quality or reliability of the skins I've applied three to different phones and they are easy to put on and look great with the matching wallpapers which are really easy to get too.
Just got mine in the mail today... ordered online and got it pretty quickly...Looks very sharp and it appears like its peelable and you are able to reapply anytime you want. It looks veryyyyy sharp but doesnt offer much protection(obviously just a sticker). Somewhat difficult to put on. Needed help applying mine, but it fits just right when you get it. If you want a sharp look. I recommend this.

Sure its a gimmick, but if it is only about €17 (quoted in the article) I'd be interested in trying it out and the stand could be handy anyway. It looks a lot easier to set up than the other one in the Accessories sub-forum here.
Trouble is, I can't find any info about where to buy it (or any Thanko products). Googling brings up some products by Thanko but nothing that helps me get any further.
If anyone has any info or tips about where to get it, I'd appreciate it.

I didn't notice all of the gubbins to clamp it on to the phone at first. It looked a lot simpler and less ugly in black when I first saw it but I think it is the same one.
Anyway, will post back if I get my hands on one.

Nah, those are two different products. The body kits and lenses look completely different.
I'd wait to see some sample pics of the thanko one before i purchased. The one linked to in the other thread has some sample pics, and theyre appallingly bad.

I am looking for a top quality product, like the one I had for my HD2 (Which I have used up until yesterday where I broke it.
I want it to be stable in the airvent. The one I had has been awesome. It used spring loaded mechanism for the attachment to the actual fins of the vent.
If someone has seen something similar I would greatly appreciate them posting it here.
Or if you know of a good alternative please let me know.
I'm currently trying to fully work out if the N1 has sleep/wake functionality when used with a case. It looks likely that it's not got however, when watching this N1 promo video (http://tinyurl.com/q76cq4g) the user has what looks like an official case (seen @ 0:36) and which also looks like it fixes by magnets to the back of the N1, a nice feature.
I'm trying to find out more info about this case and wondered if anyone knew anything at all about it.

Great case and seems easy to detach... all magnetic... I couldn't find it anywhere let's keep on looking!
