Hello, recently I had Galaxy Tab 3 7" with 4.1.2 JB on board. I was happy to use its built-in "S Calendar" 2x3 widget mini version called "Today" where I had a list of things to do in current day. It is small, compact and it had nice interface.
Now I got Galaxy Tab 3 but 8" version with 4.2.2 JB and this widget changed. Worse interface and huge widget 4x4 which ruins my desktop.
Is there any chance I can run 4.1.2 version of this widget on 4.2.2? Can I copy app from one to another? If yes can anyone back it up and send it to me via email?

on my SGS2 and Galaxy Note I had a Stock S-Planner Agenda Widget.
It looks like Samsung did not add this to the S3 Development. I only have the Mini-Agenda on the s3.
Anyone know if it is coming oder if I can Install it on top?

Hello. Can I trouble a rooted user to make an apk for the "Application Monitor" widget for the Galaxy Note 2? On some models, it comes pre-installed. On others, it has to be installed from Samsung Apps.

The app come in the Stock Rom, you can launch it if you make a shortcut with tasker, widgetsoid or Elixir 2, in SamsungApps there is an app that adds the "missing" widget that used to be in older roms (like in the S2 stock Rom), that apk is the one that watsa have just uploaded.

Sorry to bother you all with this request, but is there a working 4x1 Accuweather widget for stock ICS? I'm on stock UCLJ3 and the preinstalled Accuweather widget is 4x2, which takes up too much screen space and doesn't resemble a GS2 well. I transplanted a 4x1 widget from a GingerBread Samsung device but for weird reasons it always says "connection failed" and won't work, so I think an ICS-compatible one is needed. Thanks in advance.

I use 2 Android devices that have a "clock (digital)" widget. Although both widgets are shown as the same app version number (v1.0), they appear different when in use on the home screen. The one in use on the Samsung Galaxy Ring cellphone (Virgin Mobile) is quite nice with a completely transparent background displaying and has very pleasant lettering. The other one on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is not quite as nice. The font is very slender and unappealing while it sits on an annoying translucent background.
OK . . . here's the question: should either of these "digital clocks" be configurable? That is, are there any settings that could alter the font style or size, color or transparency, or overall widget size??? I have looked everywhere and can find no obvious way to configure these widgets so that they are more pleasing to the eye.
Maybe I'm asking too much?
Oh . . . almost forgot; the cellphone (which has the nice version of the widget) is Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and the Note 8.0 is running 4.2.2. Perhaps the OS version number is a factor?

I have a Samsung galaxy tab 3, and recently a relative got a samsung galaxy tab 3 lite. I've seen that the weather widgets differ from one another.
The lite (T110) has the widget as it appears in the samsung product page (can not post links yet), and also mine (T210) is like the one in the samsung page.
As I like more the lite one, I was wondering if there was any way to get this widget in the T210. The Weather widget version in the T210 is 140418.02, while the lite one is 140919.01. I have also a tab 2, and its weather widget looks like the lite version (even though the version number is 131202.01).
This puzzles me a bit, as my tablet was updated today to the 4.4 version of Android while the lite one has 4.2.2 (as the tab 2).
Is there any way to have the lite widget in my tab 3? (preferably without needing to root it).
