As about mediaserver draining battery in alpha 1, there's a quick fix..
The problem is in LPA support, so to disable it you should change in build.prop:
lpa.decode=true to false.
Worked for me..

I have problem with this and Android 4.3+ ROMs.
It works fine but after reboot it stucks on OpenSEMC logo.
I found that backup and restore /data makes it work but only until another reboot.
Do anybody have solution for this?

Second reboot takes longer time on Semc logo. It is as long as ~15 mins.
So I suggest you to wait for sometime. If it is working fine once, there is no reason it should'nt boot second time.

Moreover I think they are just taking rayman's work /rom and sharing it there...

Holo is just Rayman's sources compiled by a Chinese guy. So they are working together in a way, but it's a one way street. Could've read the Holo thread, the first 2 pages make this clear.

Did you wipe/format the system before you installed the ROM? I have a feeling you may have some old ghosted stuff breaking it...
That's the only thing I can think of that might help...
Please wait till the release v0.8 of liteROM (if your using liteROM) .... if you still have this issue.... then we'll see ... camera works perfectly for me ... and i've been on both... .... i'm not sure about other roms.....
Can you confirm that you flashed uclj3 with Odin? Wipe data cache and dalvik cache ? Repair permissions After installing cwm ?

Hey, bro m using it on my Nokia XL RM-1030. Fantatstikk ROM. NO BUGS. Here is what i did....
1)Install the minirom KIKTKAT wannabe ROM with TWRP recovery
2)then install Nokia XL patch(STABLE) (It was in Lewa os thread i guess!!!!???)(for screen bug) from TWRP
3)then for camera bug simply flash the patch(in LEWA ROM OP thread) by Aguys (THANKS man) from TWRP
NOTE: after each steps, do a clean reboot. Also note that after flashing the NOKIA XL patch(STABLE) you will loose the softkeys
navbar. But dont worry u can enable it with a simple tweak in build.prop.
Incase i helped u......u know what to do.....

Hello
I recently flashed my G3 with the ChupaChups Rom which is based on Lollipop. However, I don't like the new notification panel at all, so I want to ask if there is a mod that allows me to use the notification panel that the G3 had in Android 4 / Kitkat?
And also, is there a mod like G3 Tweaksbox that doesn't require Xposed? I need functions like centering the clock in the status bar etc.
Thanks a lot!
- Nima
Nope, not possible. That is Lollipop panel and you cant revert to Kitkat panel.
And there is no mode like Tweaksbox. You can install AndroidNow HD 8.x, it has some mods.

reposting in a hurry and no time to reupload on english site, anyone else feel free to reupload for me, but i want to benefit all F240x users who's left in the dark with all the E980 updates
Here's 2 roms by Wangsai008 with updated kernels on 5.0.2 to work, took me long time to find as he is a clever yet mystery man who updates on completely different sites each time he posts roms, you need to know Chinese rather well to even search for it.
CM12 (based on 2/2/2015 nightly) unofficial F240x with updated kernel
Password: y781
http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=1474619366&uk=1392791443
Mokee - variant of CM12 with more customisation, updated 3/2/2015 on the existing one on this forum for all F240x
Password: a6kh
http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=1531163643&uk=1392791443
click on the top where it says size of the zip file, then click on right button on the pop up to download
any 5.0 lollipop Gapps will work fine so i wont post links, i prefer minimal gapps
anyone can also try to rip the Kernel out and try it on other E980 roms
how to download without password?
wats the password ....
This file can not be downloaded. Please review the instructions for downloading.
Thanks and regards
