Noticed there is already an OTA coming out. Not sure if you can take it and still root. Good information to know prior to updating.

Does anyone have the drivers for this phone
NOTE 4
This worked for me.
FYI, just got a 65mb OTA update on my SM-N910T. Baseband now says N910TUVU1ANJ7. Must have been that battery improvement update I've been seeing on some other models out of USA.
I'm trying to flash the recovery because mine got borked somehow, but I'm getting an MD% mismatch.
can the new update be rooted and how do we install it on a rooted phone

Make sure you've a correct download by checking MD5; if it matches the one on AFH, extract the recovery & repackage it on Linux or Cygwin as follows:
Code:
tar -H ustar -c recovery.img > recovery.tar
md5sum -t recovery.tar >> recovery.tar
mv recovery.tar recovery.tar.md5

You probably renamed the MD5 file. If you rename it, the checksum won't match anymore.
