TWRP 2.6.3.3
As for the ROM. Smooth as glass besides NFC being unresponsive and won't uncheck(although it doesn't seem to show in battery stats..)
Also minor.. Quick settings quick pull down isn't working left or right.. And also titanium backup is saying the su binary is out of date and that USB debugging needs to be checked when I did check Android debugging in Dev options (which I clicked build number to unlock then was thinking dev options was MIA til I found it in advanced settings) not sure why titanium doesn't see it tho..
Edit.. So I lied I guess.. NFC seems fine now after a reboot I think... Weird

+ 1 was just about to post a link to the 12-14 gapps.
On a bug note.. Anyone having problems with making calls? I had the same prob on the cm nightlys. Data doesn't switch off so outgoing calls cannot be made and the phone app just hangs on "dialing" and cannot be fc'd. Really a shame cuz I rellly liked what was done to this ROM...!

not sure. As soon as i can get SMS to work properly I will test this out and see if i can duplicate it.
^Sounds to to me like you're already experiencing this.. Are your texts instafailing? That was happening to me on cm too. Think it has to do with the same problem but idk.. Right now I have data and a call stuck in my status bar that I can't force close..

good rom
This is good rom better then cm 9 and all other roms based on it also better then oxygen 3.0.0..
i always get 70-80 sometimes 90 mb free ram (without gapps ) and after using swap of 64 mb from an app i am able to play temple run 2 game on it
so probabl good rom for first choice and the most thing amazed me is that it is having all of languages but settings app dnt eat more ram as it eats 50 mb in cm 9 in this rom ram usage of settings app is normal though t is having all languages

Same here, that's the reason why i've asked for a version with r3p1 video driver support. I think with the next liquid update the kernel would be updated, too. I want to give it a try with pa or pacman

Should work just fine, it is built with a slim base, so if slim flashes, this should as well.

After the install process for OSE-d802-4.4.2-NIGHTLY-2014-04-09 (which takes severel minutes) I get random reboots when the process comes to "Android is upgrading". Full wipe doesn´t help up.
Thanks for the update, but still the problem is the same. Radom rebots when the install process for OSE-d802-4.4.2-NIGHTLY-2014-04-10 comes to “Android is upgrading” and the install process in TWRP takes 3-4 minute,.

Ok, I wiped and made a new clean install process, now without installing PA-Gapps. Success!! Then I installed Slim AIO Gapps 4.4.2. Success!!

No, about 3-4 minutes.
I updated to version 2014-04-11 and it took a bit longer time to install (4-5 minutes) than the update before.
I flashed the update and the Slim gapps at the same time after wiped System, Cach and Dalvik cash. Success!
The GPS is now working.

To get double tap to wake to work:

3) change permissions to rwxr-xr-x
4) change file name --> delete the .bin extension
5) reboot

Yep... so just flashed.. and with pa gapps 4.4 having problems. Once on welcome screen instantly "Unforcunately. the process adroid.process.media has stopped working" once i click OK, another popup happens! " Android phase beam has stopped"/// never seen this before...

Here is a screenshot after booting up.. notice there is a nav bar but its a tiny button and there is only 1... very glitchy. Had to re set up navigation bar to get to a "stock" look.
Logcat or it didn't happen.
Just kidding. Submitting a log helps the devs immensely.

Had been running the previous build and really like it. Good amount of customization, cool recents screen, and the addition of build.prop and init.d tweaks means less need for third-party utils/scripts. Really nice.
Will be sticking with OSE for awhile (did a one day run of CM12/Android L but not for me, yet).
BTW the 11/21 build is fine for me. Clean flash with no gapps and for that phasebeam message. Clean flashed again with gaps but didn't get the message. Strange.

I can't seem to find an option for font size (small, normal, large, etc). Did I overlook it somewhere.
Reducing the DPI to about 560 was a good alternative I guess.

I have tried all the APNs that is already in the rom but it doesn't work. Luckily I found that go sms automatically disables your wifi and use your mobile data to send. Best rom i've tried so far

You mean the previous official build or the unofficial build?
Sometimes you will get a fc after reboot but that should be it

I did a clean install from "OSE-d851-4.4.4-OFFICIAL-2014-11-21.zip" (advance wipe: system, data, dalvik, cache, then flashed it), just after boot went to developer options and switched to ART, reboot again ... got FC (Android UI or similar thing)... pull batter, tried again... same
That was the only problem I had, everything else was working PERFECT in this rom.
