What do you think? I want to take this to T-Mobile.

...and how would you insert a T-Mobile (or any GSM) SIM card to use with it? Sprint's version of the Note 2 has an embedded UICC/SIM card.

Probably because the Sprint Note 2 is carrier locked and uses a hard programmed SIM.

This is in Sugar Land, TX. Looks like it does work!! Haven't done a speed test, since my phone is on a prepaid plan on 2G speeds Might be able to find someone with an unlimited plan and try to run one later!
Just wanted to share that there is finally some proof that it will work on T-Mo LTE
------Edit------
Clarification: I'm using a US Version AT&T Lumia 900 that was unlocked by an AT&T supplied code.
Not too impressive, faster than HSPA+ here. But it did just come on lol.
Did you change any setings or just insert the sim card ?

Changed my APN from epc.tmobile.com to fast.t-mobile.com, that's all. You think there was more I should have done?

no I was just curious
I also would like to say that I was so surprised when I saw LTE on my phone. Right now I'm in Baltimore and I just unlocked my L900. First I saw no bars on my phones, so I was a little scared. But after a couple of seconds I saw 4G (what was surprising enough), and then LTE. I couldn't believe. I used to have L810 in TMobile, but this was so surprising.
Hi guys, I just bought a galaxy note 4 Verizon which was unlocked on Ebay.
I have been used the H20 wireless carrier for a year with my Htc one m8 ( At&t ), and it's working perfectly. Then I decided to change to Note 4.
But when I installed the sim card to this note 4, it kept saying that " Sim card is not from Verizon".
Absolutely I got nothing about the signal even though I tried many ways to fix it.
On the left top conner on menu screen, " Searching for network" keep showing.
Here is a few thing that I did to make it worked, but nothing happened:
- Force stop Activate Agent
- Factory Setting
- Change mobile network to Global, and Gsm..
etc,.
What am I supposed to do now? Do I need to buy a code from Ebay to unlock my phone? But I dont think the sim-lock is the problem. Thanks guys for reading.
Try adding this APN. If not, H20 Wireless is an MVNO of AT&T.
Just use one of AT&T's APN settings.

Hi,
The A70 single sim version is available in Australia. However, I am after a dual sim phone and was considering importing the A70 Dual Sim. I have read on a couple of sites that the Dual Sim version works with 3G/4G on one sim and only 2G on the other sim. Is this correct?
Thanks
Not correct,

Thanks Nizamani. I thought it was unlikely, just wanted to make sure.

Hi! I actually have a50 and it shows the same configuration shown by Nizamani but I cannot use the SIM2 only until I switch it to 2G mode. Anyone experiencing the same issue or is it actually true?
I need someone to help me unlock this phone. I bought through Facebook marketplace. I need to get it Sim free to work with verizon. T-Mobile does nothing because I have zero information about who sold it to me. Can someone direct me to unlock codes (Free) or paid unlock codes that work for this device specifically. Need this handles ASAP. Working unlock codes that I can use please would be very helpful. Otherwise I can't switch carriers ever with device.
I have imei for phone and last name on the account for T-Mobile
Try use T-mobile unlock device app to check device is eligible to be unlocked or not.
you device imei to check paid service for you
It said ineligible code 255, that's why I need an unlock code to buy.

For now. They can report it stolen at ANY time and you'll be screwed.
Within your settings do you have an option for "network unlock"? Weird that a U1 has this. Nothing occurs when I press it.

I don't have my N975U1 handy but probably has to do with the hidden phone settings. The N975U and U1 are almost carbon copies...
I just checked on my unit (U1) model and I do not have the network unlock.

Yeah I found it odd that the one samsung usa sold me which is truly unlocked and a U1 model having this option.
this is a tad odd indeed. I also got mine directly from the US Samsung site. FYI, I a running latest Android 12 and I recently factory reset my device. So I am not sure if there is any difference if I were running older/original firmware that came with the phone.
If you are not getting a lot of bloatware installed when you put the carrier SIM in it, then it is probably truly unlcoked. Since if you get carrier branded device like TMo and put in TMo sim, it will install quite a few apps that are not just tmo's app. For the unlocked phone, it only install like couple of tmo apps.
