its great to see new roms, thanks to you and all developers :good:
Yay! A new ROM! But what's the difference with RaymanFX alpha? Is this updated frequently when Rayman update his rom? Thanks.
Hey feel free to build this for hikari i keep the sources upto date in the opensemc github so if you use that as the base and change what you did to the vendor files and whatnot you should have no trouble building it with hikari as well. Im sure the people in the Acro S forum would appreciate a ROM other then mine.

ai, too bad :crying:
installed rom + Slim_minimal_gapps.4.4.1.beta.1.5
boot logo takes a long long time (but no problem), a nice new boot animation and...
multiple fc's, where "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" is on top (but i saw several fc's before that).

Don't do any merges in the Fuji common folder there is the file needed already it will add it to your telephony folder on build
Demetris,
nice to see a modern SlimRom. but why it is based on bugy opensemc? If you use Letama 4.3 as base, you will become a bugfree SlimRom.
You realize this will be more and more perfected as time passes, right?
more and more perfected?
I think not. but opensemc had charge/video/camera/ram bugs since CM10.

No, letama has stop the development of our phone while opensemc will definitely gets better over time.

Omni is a community-based project for the Android community which is Free: Free to Use, Free to Modify, Free to Share. It's also about options, which is the beauty of Android.
This is an EXPERIMENTAL preview build of Omni.. Expect bugs...
I just had to use the find7op defconfig, everything else is just like the find7a, including vendor blobs

2nd build posted
Fixes Camera, storage
NFC broken
If you just use the defconfig and change nothing else, some things will be broken.
I was gonna work on a blind build to send you tonight, but looks like you beat me to it.
First - https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/c/7875/ (should fix storage issues)
Second - Did you remember https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/c/7794/ and its dependencies? (there are quite a few unmerged commits needed for Find 7a to work, and if you don't have these, find7op will be busted too. The number of unmerged commits will drop significantly once I do the audio merge I mentioned on G+ earlier this week)
Some of the comments in the CM11S-on-find7 thread indicate to me there may also be changes needed in the sensor configuration to handle different mounting angles.
I would also recommend removing the bugtracker link since JIRA is really only for devices that have made it to the nightly phase.
one plus one 's device source tree is same as oppo7a in omni sources? if not, where are device sources?

For now, it's just a hackpatch on the oppo find7a - I linked the patch in my previous post.

The original build had a lot of issues TBH... Next one comes up when someone actually has time to build with the hackpatch again.
(I haven't even had enough time to keep the official find7a builds updated...)
In short - no ETAs.

I'm going to be working on it this weekend. I did build CM from source sucessfully.. Now I just have to try to get Omni working right. @Entropy512 hit me up on hangouts when you have some time.
Uploaded a new build to the OP. Used the find7a Omni device tree and added the patches Entropy512 mentioned in post 3. Camera is now fixed, storage is fine. NFC is not working and am still testing for any other bugs.

Patrick's build probably doesn't do 4k - I haven't merged all of the stuff required for 4k yet. GPS should work as that's 100% identical between devices.
Later this week I'm going to work on a proper tree for find7op now that the find7 tree has been properly split into msm8974-common+find7 - I'm fairly certain I can fix NFC at this point but I'm doing it blind.
There is something weird with 4k in general. Even on CM I can't make 4k video using third-party camera apps. I don't understand why. All 3rd party can make 1080p and lower only.

SlimRoms is a custom android operating system. The main goal is to offer users a slimmed down but still feature rich alternative to other android operating systems.
The entire SlimTeam work together to bring you this tailor-made beauty straight from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) source code.
All of the sources can be publicly viewed through GitHub and you can stop by the public Gerrit to submit patches of any type.
SlimLP is currently in alpha / beta stage, some custom features are already in place, but much much more is planned for the future.

No it won't, flashing a custom rom (as in AOSP or CM i mean) requires an unlocked bootloader.

Changelog from the first post is not the good one.
It points to SlimLP, which is Android 5.0...
At the moment, Slim6 is pure AOSP, no addition so far, the "team" just got back together and try to get up to date with AOSP before adding options.
To be more clear, except the logo and the Rom, everything is wrong in the OP...
All links point to the old site which is not used anymore, and to the wrong branch on github (LP 5.1 instead of mm 6.0).
Even the Rom description is not accurate since it says slimLP.
Not changelog for Slim6.0.1
If they know where frog please post .

Yeah thanks but I meant your local manifest, the one you use to build the rom, which includes refs to kernel and trees, because the one on slim github by itself is not enough to build the rom for LG G4...
New builds up....
I use of CM device .

Thanks once again, but I already know this.
I'm just asking you to share your local manifest if possible, so it spares me the headhache of creating it myself...
Thanks a lot for this. Slim was always my favourite and i was really happy to see it here. Hope you wont discontinue this project.

The 1st May '17 build does not have fingerprint sensor patches merged yet.
Next build I will enable it.
Already mentioned in the post, but lots of thanks to cdesai, olivier, christian, kali-, jerpelea and everyone who have maintained sony over the years.
I am coming back into this after a whole year, and I have fully working device trees to simply kang and build AOKP - this is amazing. The state of development on Xperias - great as always

Yes is working in the 2 build. can you add ambient display?
If you build Kcal in I will definitely try this. On different old devises I loved AOKP so with fingerprint fixed no Kcal is the only downside.
Can I flash in TWRP SuperSU? Thx

If you want, you can do it.
But you can enable root from developer options without problems.
This thread made me moist. Here is s astupid question: any way of porting z5 camera in to this rom?
Anybody knows how is the battery life of this rom?
So from now on official builds will appear. Do not try to 4th or 5th may builds on official channel they do not have fingerprint sensor. Official builds after 8th may will have fingerprint enabled

You need to port the framework too.
Also, the port u talking about was very experimental.
But u can try to port it anyway, if u try u know..

Nop. Doesn't work all the time.
I tried a nontreble pie build, and both long press and double press were working on that build. It's really weird, treble and non treble shouldn't make any difference, anyways zuk is a meme device.
Might try same for 10.0 and if it is working fine, will release official builds as non treble.
