help, 2 dialers on contacts?

one thing ive noticed, regardless of the rom, or apps installed usually is in my contacts, I have 2 dialers, the first one works as the actual dialer, but when I click on the second one, it asks me to choose a default. But not all my contacts have this. Any help

took it from a Sense 3.6 Rezound ROM but it force closes...

Im trying install gallery 3d note 2 on One X but cant installed
And then im tried again,moving this file to system/app,set permisson but it isnt display on menu
