Pebbles Smartwatch - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Accessories

Hi guys, i am planning to buy smart-watch from pebbles. I am planning to get it from US. I want to know is it good with Note 1? Any pros and cons.
Please if anyone has any idea about the product please give reviews.

Pebble runs on BT 4.0 Note on 3.0. Is pebble down compatible?

It should be, but don't forget that BT 4.0 uses very little power in comparison to 3.0.
If anything then 4.3 AOSP ROMs have working Bluetooth low energy so you can use it on one of thos
The reason why the Note is advertised as having Bluetooth 3.0 is because android only just introduced Bluetooth 4.0 (Low Energy) from 4.3. Our chip does support it but the stock OS (Samsung's 4.1.2) doesn't.
It is definitely supported in OmniROM 4.4 KitKat:

4.3+ Roms with Galaxy Gear Support

I am currently running cm11 on my m919 s4 (mdl). I love it. BUT. It does not support my galaxy gear smartwatch.
I have tried a couple 4.3 Roms, but all the data issues really suck. I just took my watch off and went with cm11.
Does anyone know of any kitkat roms that are in the works that may support the galaxy gear (touchwiz)?
How likely is it that CM will add Gear support?

CM is not gonna support your Galaxy Gear. And chances are high that S4 will never see Kitkat, so far there is no 4.3 and no one know when its coming.

For my watch, it seems like I would have to wait until 4.3 official comes out and a custom ROM is based off of that, and doesnt have modem/network issues.
Without the watch, cm11 (kitkat) is pretty nice! It will hold me over until theres a good 4.3 ROM.... then I'm leaning towards the watch
Why wont CM support the gear?

[Q] Advise on P6

Hi im an average user and i always have readed and followed instructions on xda forums.
Im looking forward to buying one P6 maybe P7 from huawei im amazed about the price specifications of the phones.
I also looked for honor 3C but i dont see it supported by xda-developer forums so i am trying to get some advices in this forum from some users / developers about their experience with huawei phones.
And also why are those phones not listed / supported other than the p6.
Have a good day and any comment is apprecieated.
[edit] Also good stables roms for P6 for everyday use =)
Both phones are excellent for the price, the build quality is very good.
Both P6 and P7 are very similar but for some reason there is no xda development for p7 so it'd that's important go for the p6
They are both beautiful phones!

I'm a quite happy everyday P6 user.
Huawei has recently released android kitkat for P6. The latest model P7 and P6 run now the same android version (kitkat 4.4.2) with the same user interface (Emotion 2.3 UI).
With previous firmware (jelly bean 4.2.2 + Emotion 1.6 UI, firmware U125 and U132) this phone was as solid as a rock. I've recently upgraded my P6 to the latest firmware (kitkat 4.4.2 + Emotion 2.3 UI) and found some minor glitches mostly IMHO related to Emotion UI: icons displayed twice, fixed by changing user interface theme; icon moved after app update. My experience is that Emotion 2.3 UI seems not yet as stable as previous version (1.6) but I could it's minor problems and the phone is definitely usable for an average use and I bet next update will fix these problems. In any case I'm satisfied and won't roll back to previous firmware.
In brief, if you have a P6:
Stock official roms U125 and U132 are excellent. Stay there if you're looking for absolute stability. I could root them easily and install anything I needed.
Latest stock official rom 510 is also very good. Go there if you're looking for latest system improvements. I couldn't root it at the moment it but I didn't try hard.
By the way P7 has a definitely better hardware. As far as I know P7 has:
a better display (higher resolution and pixel density; and this is awesome since P6 display is also excellent, I really love it);
a better main camera (13 megapixels vs 8);
a mounstrous front camera (8 megapixels vs 5);
twice the internal storage (16GB vs 8);
a better battery (2500 aAh vs 2000);
a faster processor;
maybe more sensors.
It's only a little a little larger (wider, taller, thicker and ... 4 grams heavier).
It's up to you to decide if the hardware improvements of P7 over P6 are worth the bigger price.

I feel also that the p7 is the option to go but i dont see it on the forum section and i wouldnt want some phone that will not be supported by this awesome team of xda developers. Since i dont have time to develop and test deploys for custom modifications
Have you tried cyanogenmod in the p6?
Thanks in advance for reading

P7 is better than P6 for sure. And some sort of developer space will come when there are more P7 users (and some developer like Surdu would request for it ).
I use a p6 and not really in a hurry to buy P7. Im waiting to see how Huawei's upcoming flagships Honor 6 and Ascend D3 turns out to be, and also strongly suspect Huawei will release a Kirin 920 chip version of P7.

No, I've not tried any custom ROM on p6, not yet.
As far as p7 is concerned, since it's certainly going to become one of the most sold huawei models, there's no reason why it shouldn't be supported by this forum once some developer will put his/her hands on it.

Did Tab Pro receive he Touchwiz Nature UX 3.0 upgrade?

I believe it released with 2.5 but since 3.0 is designed to work best with 4.4 it would make sense Samsung has pushed this upgrade. The Samsung rep I spoke to said that yes, it was running 3.0 but they didn't sound completely sure to me.
I believe the Note 10.1 is upgradable to 3.0 and the Note Pro 12 is running it as well.
Does anyone have a definitive answer on this? We are looking to port some Tab 10.1 Exynos roms to the Tab S but need to confirm this first as the Tab S does have 3.0.
Thanks in advance

REVIEW
This phone is very good looking and very cheap it only comes with QHD screen, but to be honest it looks almost like any other MTK phone with HD screen - hard to see any difference!
It supports notification LED in different colours, Fingerprint ID to unlock the device and also things like OTG and 3G.

Best Smartwatch software for Pixel

Hi everyone,
I know this question looks like a no-brainer one as Android Wear 2.0 = Stock Android. Currently I am using a 1st gen Huawei Watch which as you all probably already know, runs Android Wear 2.0 and thinking about upgarding to Samsung Gear S3 Frontier which runs Tizen. Anyone here can enlighten me/us which of the two - Android Wear or Tizen has the overall great experience with our Pixel? Like the Pros and Cons of both? And yeah as of now I am running Android 8.1 preview 1.
My main concerns are compatibility, notifications, watch vibrations or sound, functionalities, battery life. Not the looks or number of third party apps that can be installed. Thanks in advance!
