When I turn wifi on I cannot connect to any network, and when I go to turn on wifi it just says "error". The weird thing though is that I am running complete stock rom (rooted), but I have not installed the update from early April. If anyone knows how I can fix this please let me know. (This might push me to flash ics if I can't fix it)
Install CWM and flash HoNo's ICS. It actually has far fewer bugs than stock (for me ).

A few days after installing a baseband/modem update to my phone, the mobile data stopped working. I tried flashing CM 10.1 but that still did not fix my data. In my settings it says my mobile data state is disconnected and my phone is also stuck in WCDMA preferred mode. Any ways to fix it or should I just flash a complete stock image?

When I'm turning off my phone, I can turn it on only if I'm restoring factory settings with clockwork mod. When I'm turning it on it shows me Samsung galaxy wonder and stops loading. What I need to do to turn my phone normaly?
Sorry for my bad English.

Try following these steps http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=50335424 to wipe your phone then install a custom mk4 rom.

Mobile hotspot does not work on stock 4.3 deodexed roms without flashing the hotspot hack. You will need to find and flash the correct version hotspot hack for your rom. Ex. MA7, MC2, MK4, etc.
Do this: Flash Phil's recovery 6.0.7.9, wipe everthing, flash rom of choice (I recommend LorJay's stock deodexed MK4 without Note 3 features), upon first boot you may need to Odin flash the WiFi fix (from your PC only), then boot into recovery and flash the MK4 hotspot hack, reboot and setup phone, Success.
If for some strange reason you still get that error message when turning on mobile hotspot, I'd flash a custom AOSP ROM such as Slim ROM, Carbon ROM, etc. Those Roms have hotspot fully functioning right out of the box. Keep us posted.
Still no good. Thanks for suggestion tho. . Haven't tried asop but not a Fan. Any suggestions on wiping or formatting(how to) the internal part of phone to go from scratch.

Here you go. I recommend the Odin method.

It seems as if Sprint has done something to your phone because everything you have dine should have worked. Something isn't right. That's why I suggested trying an AOSP ROM for the time being just to test this theory. Then you can flash back to stock or whatever you choose. You could also flash a custom Touch Wiz rom that has hotspot already working. If that fails you definitely got a phone that's been altered somehow by Sprint. I've yet to ever see this but I'm sure its very possible. Just my opinion.
