[HOW TO] Update XPOSED MODULE Manual[GUIDE]
I Choose this Versions of GravityBox, NFC enabler etc, because they Works Perfect. A higher update is not always better and i Theme some Xposed Modules. But some Guys want the New Version. This is a little Tutorial for you.
1. Open CriskeloExplorer
2. Go to System/app and Choose your app they you want to Update
3. Delete this apk

I Don't have a Xperia Z1
i have a Xperia Z but my Team Player have a Xperia Z1 and he use slways my ROM

Btw why not to wipe system during install never had problem. With it and it makes the clean install?

i had black settings.. but it get some problems with call menü when settings are black
oh... of course i forgot the change in all SystemUI the pulldown.
I fix it and is uploading.... :good:

When i slide the notificationbar to adjust brightness it only adjust to 58% as full
Edit: hmmm a reboot seemed to fix it but my friend had the same problem

I like the rom but there is 1 big thing I didn't like: the transparant pop-up and transparent launcher screen. You see the text of the previous screen between the text of the new screen and that's not good to read. With apocalypse rom it was the same so I revert back to cm7.2 by phiexz. Can you undo the transparant thing for me (with patch or full rom)? Or can you tell me how I can do it myself? It's a great rom and I really want it! Great job btw!!

ODEX TOOL​What is ODEX and DEODEX?
In Android file system, applications come in packages with the extension .apk. These application packages, or APKs contain certain .odex files whose supposed function is to save space. These odex files are actually collections of parts of an application that are optimized before booting. Doing so speeds up the boot process, as it preloads part of an application. On the other hand, it also makes hacking those applicationsdifficult because a part of the coding has already been extracted to another location before execution.
THEN COMES DEODEX
Deodexing is basically repackaging of these APKs in a certain way, such that they are reassembled into classes.dex files. By doing that, all pieces of an application package are put together back in one place, thus eliminating theworry of a modified APK conflicting with some separate odexed parts.
In summary, Deodexed ROMs (or APKs) have all their application packages put back together in one place, allowing for easy modification such as theming. Since no pieces of code are coming from any external location, custom ROMs or APKs are always deodexed to ensure integrity. So:
Odex = +speed -customization
Deodex = -speed +customization
I think that you like more speed and less customization (less costumization for dev because is to difficult mod an odex file).
Another explanation is this:
If you odex the rom, you'll have also more space in data (this is important because if you don't have partition ext4 in sdcard, you won't have too free space), increase battery life, more stability and increase perfomance( the Rom is more faster to load system and app) but you can't modifie apk after odex (you can't mod program with classes.dex).
Infact ODEX is an OPTIMIZED-DEX and Android load system and app faster than deodexed (DEOPTIMIZED-DEX) app and system.
When you have a deodex file (a lot of roms are deodexed) you have File.apk in system/app and in data/dalvik-cache [email protected]@[email protected], but with odex file you have File.apk in system/app and File.odex in system/app[/SIZE]
Script DO (it depends by option):
- odex bootstrap
- odex framework
- odex app in system
- odex app in preload (if your phone has preload partition for device like Galaxy S3)
- odex app in data
- remove classes.dex from framework, app in system, app in preload and app in data
- zipalign from app in system, app in preload and app in data
- remove libs from app in system and app in preload because are useless (android wants libs in system/lib not in the apk) to make more free space to odex
- delete dalvik of system, of preload, of data and of framework from data/dalvik-cache
How to odex:
- install zip
- reboot
- open terminal emulator (will be installed automaticaly)
- type su to obtain root permission
- type dexo -h to show possible commands for your phone
- type dexo -one of the option that you have decided
Type 'dexo -(one of the option that you have decided) -log' to create a log on sdcard
--- The phone will be rebooted automatically! --- Please be patient, and don't affraid abou messages pop-up!​
Command For Dexo:
+ dexo -bs (odex only boot file, bootstrap, of framework)
+ dexo -fr (odex all framework)
+ dexo -csa (odex only specific app in system
+ dexo -sys (odex all app in system)
+ dexo -fcs (odex all framework and specific app in system)
+ dexo -pa (odex preload partition)
+ dexo -cpa (odex only specific app in preload
+ dexo -all (odex all rom) (bootstrap, framework, system, preload) (NOT DATA!)
+ dexo -dat (odex app in data)
To Use dexo -csa and dexo -fcs you must create a file called csa.txt in your sdcard
In this file you write the name of apk that you want to odex, like this:
Phone.apk Browser.apk Mms.apk Dialer.apk
To Use dexo -cpa you must create a file called cpa.txt in your sdcard
In this file you write the name of apk that you want to odex, like this:
Browser.apk Mms.apk Gmail.apk Vending.apk
IMPORTANT TO ODEX YOUR ROM
To Odex Bootstrap (Command 'dexo -bs') You Must Have At Least 10% Of Free Space In System.
To Odex Framework (Command 'dexo -fr') You Must Have At Least 15% Of Free Space In System.
To Odex System Apps (Command 'dexo -sys') You Must Have At Least 20% Of Free Space In System.
To Odex Preload Apps (Command 'dexo -pa') You Must Have At Least 25% Of Free Space In Preload.

P.S.: Also seems to be stuck for me at 30% when installing Bravia MOD. Left it for a few minutes, said it was writing changes to the build.prop Installed right away after deselecting Bravia.. How long is it suppose to take?

Actually it's boot up with me and i install other Rom
which dual recovery ver must i have !!!

I liked this ROM just because it's dark theme, and I'm excited to install and like it even more. But I don't get it how to install... and I have some doubts.
I'm currently on 4.4.2 (.757 - C6943), and followed the SHEM video guide and NUT's thread to do a downgrade / root / install CWM / install the ROM from SDCard / Install stripped FTF from flashtool.
I have to do all again to start from 4.2.2 rooted and CWM to be ready to install this ROM???
Or I can do it from 4.4.2 just putting the ROM on SDCard, installing from CWM and install again from flashtool the C6943 stripped FTF?
Or this last step is not necessary and I can run it just installing de ROM from CWM?
I'm afraid to brick my phone and decided to ask before do something wrong, and I would appreciate if someone could help.

I am on 4.4.2. I install by cwm. And I get bootloop I try 4 times all same. Or which version fordual recovery must install. If should we make downgrade for install this it's so bad and I hope to make we can flash like any other rom on same base ? I need try this rom but it's headache for me to make dk

The OTA-Updater dont work on Z1 LB with the TWRP Recovery only with the Philz Recovery!
You most use Philz Recovery!

for all guys they ask me 767 or 761 base
it is 757 base with 761 Bug fixes. You can update the ROM via OTA.
in the next time come a new (i think this is the latest 4.4.2 of Sony update) 769 firmware.

okay but why i got bootloop if i coming from another rom on same base !> why should make downgrade !
if i can't install your rom without downgrade which version for dual recovery can i use !

Works nice with UB. The Updater works

Everything is working fine the only thing I noticed is when i press on criskelo settings and than on rom control i got unfortunately xposed installer has stopped....

I become an OTA Update but the updater won't download and on the first page the link is not valid.

i m on locked boot loader and i install this rom and ftf for c9602, but my imei no unknown and cant get network please help me

Well, my GS7 has been stuck in the "Samsung" bootscreen for about an hour now and it's boiling hot. Don't know what went wrong ...
I've been trying to reboot via Volume down + Power but can't boot into TWRP.
EDIT : Got to TWRP spamming buttons, doing my restoration.
I'll pass on Nougat I guess.

Seems like double tapping the home icon on the AOD doesn't turn on the screen - anyone else noticing this? That would be such a fantastic feature of this ROM for this phone and I'd love to see it as the icing on the cake, this ROM is AWESOME! Thanks for the work man

That's because the S7 doesnt have the Pressure Sensitive home button in the S8

Problem with the ROM. Why is there a navigation bar AND hardware keys at the same time? Would be great if we could just have a navigatiom bar or only a hardware key. Fixed this by editing build.prop and adding "qemu.hw.mainkeys=1" This will disable the navigation bar.
