Installed last night running really well so far. Android build number is 4.4.1, so looks like Cyanogen team has already incorporated Google's latest source.

looked good save for wifi

I noticed some comments on the download saying after installing they fell into a boot loop, but I didn't have any problems like that. Only two issues I saw was rom mgr was gone and wifi couldn't get past "...turning on" (even after a reboot).
I went ahead and went back to my backup and will give cm11 a try every day or so - the wifi thing I suspect will work itself out.

Flashing CM11.zip Problem
mine is having issues flashing the rom, anybody know i running TWRP recovery could be my issue? Thanks in advance
im flashing this since this morning i flashed the newest CM 10.2 nightly and it some how it broke all my gapps and could only fix it to where the phone worked except most Google apps, therefore i decided to do a full wipe and istall CM11 but it is not flashing

Most likely yes, TWRP is the culprit. Try Philz Touch 6.0.0.8, it has been amazing for me. Make sure to do a complete wipe of system, Dalvik-cache, and cache, the option on Philz is called "complete wipe to install new ROM" and then make sure to flash 4.4 GApps as well.

Philz Touch worked perfectly. Thanks! now im running 4.4.1 and its running pretty smooth i must say. Two things i didnt not find was the capability to change the brightness with the notification bar and the option to remove the name of the apps on the home screen. If anybody finds a work around lemme know thanks in advance.
Cyanogenmod did a hell of a good job on this update!

the cameras fine. the original CM 11 had some bugs like the front facing camera freezing up a phone and causing a reboot but the newest updates based off Google's release of 4.4.1 which was to fix bugs with the camera on the Nexus 5 they have fixed all camera issues and it even takes photos/focuses faster than before.

anybody able to use ART runtime, mine just reboots but it doesn't change it. my nexus 7 with CM11 does run ART though, any luck?
everything seems to be working fine and super fast. calendar wasn't syncing but today's update thru the playstore fixed it for me. camera seems the same to me.
running 12-1013 nightlie.

I have read that if you use GAPPS, you need to flash a special ART compatible version if you want to use the ART runtime.

it was the same GAPPS i used on my Nexus 7 tho, ohh well, im gonna have to read up on it, i did try looking for info here at xda but couldnt find much, didnt have much much time to look though.
I just Installed the newest nightly and Xposed Installer+GravityBox(KK) to make up for the past CM features such as controlling the brightness witht the status bar and changing the launching application on the notification bar's Time & Date. One feature I am still missing is removing the names of the apps on the homescreen... If you like extra features and modifications to your guy's phone i highly recomment Xposed+Gravitybox. Here is the link for who ever is interested: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
Im loving 4.4 even with a broken screen which i hoping to abandon soon, but it really feels like a new phone and new experience, i know there wasnt much change but still

Changelog 08/6/12:
Initial release
Known Bugs:
Camcorder is borked.
External SD Card doesn't mount when plugged into a computer.
Basically everything is working on this rom except for video recording and external usb mounting. Also not all of the rom control features have been implemented yet, but I personally think this rom is daily driver material. I will update this as armyveterangunner29 updates his thread. Again he has done all the work on the rom, and all I did was fix the rotation for us, so make sure to go thank him for this rom, and thederekjay for his kernel!
Finally I'd like to thank Whitehawkx for starting, and continuing development, on our device. Without him we probably wouldn't be here, so make sure to thank him! If any of you want to use the most stable, and official, version of AOKP you can get it right here:

the only difference between the two is one has the aroma installer the one i posted works fine ive tested it myself.
And to everyone who cant get camera working you HAVE to do a factory reset for the camera to work properly i know it sucks but at least youll have a camera!

original install with aroma= no camera for me, i reverted back to venom#666 and it fixed the issue..all is great in my phone now...these are my findings for my phone ..thanks alot JPOKeefe! i have my DD and yes it still is an AOKP..
I flashed this with the venom 666 kernel.
So far so good for me. camera works (although it has the green flash glitch on display - works just fine though and I can live with that), as does GNow+Voice.
Up until now, it was a one or the other type scenario where one would work, but the other wouldn't.
I'm restoring apps now, will try out a few things (netflix, youtube) later to see how they do.

Youtube seems to be working just fine for me, but I cannot get Netflix to play any videos.
Good ROM for a DD. Like others mentioned, Camera, Gnow+voice, Youtube work great. Netflix streaming is not working right now. Noise suppression is unchecked by default and needs to be manually checked once. I wish this was opposite after install. Can't wait for more AOKP features to be implemented. Great work!

[MOD]Half-Sized Nav. Bar Mod for Stock Nexus 7 Flashable Zip

Hi there,
After I have tried to shrink a titan black bottom navigation bar. I have found that it is required several steps to do in resizing this bar. So I created a zip file that can be flashed through CWM in order to resize a Nav. bar by half in both portrait and landscape orientation. In fact, this function can be found in PA (ParanoidAndroid) custom firmware. You can also find a manual way in resizing this bar by de-compiling and re-compiling framework-res.apk but if you are lazy to do or do not know how to do and want to stick with an original rom, this is your solution.
Sorry that I could not provide a screenshot but after modifying you will be surprised on a larger usable screen area on your N7.
*** Warning - DO back up your ROM first, in case anything goes wrong. This works on a stock firmware. Please do not try on a custom rom as I could not guarantee a result. Edit: Some users reported that this does NOT work with a custom rom as well as a stock 3G model. ***
Tested environment - Asus Nexus 7 Stock JB 4.2.2
Edit : A stock framework added for going back to default, in case forgot to do a backup.
Mirror Download Link : https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/43926639/Shared Files/HalfSize-NavBar_framework-res.zip
Downloading, will test in the evening

make a nandroid backup & try it yourself that is the only way you are gonna find out & if it doesn't then at least you can revert back to your backup without any problems
Will do, just wanted to see if anybody had tried it first I'll post back with results in the next few days
EDIT: So I tried this instead of doing my revision, and my ROM wouldn't boot. Naturally, I restored the nandroid backup, but when I rebooted, the same thing happened; it now hangs on the boot animation and won't do anyhting useful!
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Well, no plan for a custom ROM right now. I am going to make a mod on N4 first. Thanks for interesting my work anyway.
I've been looking for something just like this for my Nexus 4. Anybody going to be kind and make it? I've tried myself and failed several times already... No biggie since I made a backup before screwing my phone up several times. I'm running a stock rooted rom, and nobody likes to make many cool mods like this if you want to stick with the stock. After I get a smaller nav bar my next goal is to make the icons green.

[ROM-AOSPA] [JB 4.3] ParanoidAndroid 3.99 [Toroplus] 31-AUG-2013

ParanoidAndroid for AOSP 4.3 (JSS15J/JWR66V)
NOTE: The 3.94+ builds switched from the stock kernel to the r390 franco kernel. This fixes the 180 degee compass orientation problem on Toroplus.
Work in Progress
Please make sure you have backups for anything you don't want to lose.
Caution is advised. No promises this will not eat your device and take over your home.
Google apps are not official, these have PA Specific change, we have tested all apps but you could still encounter issues.
If you have an issue please make sure it is repeatable, capture logcat/dmesg, etc and post to pastebin or similar.
Installation
Update your recovery to the latest version. Pre 4.2 recoveries can mess up your sd card/storage. We recommend TWRP.
Download pa google apps: From GOO Updated 22-AUG-2013
Download rom: From GOO Updated 31-AUG-2013
Follow PA on Google+ for changes and other info
Perform a factory reset in recovery, unless you are already on PA 3.94+ (or if you run into problems)
Flash ROM first, then gapps
Wipe dalvik & cache
Reboot and wait, first bootup can take a little time
Enter your Google account info, press home when you encounter the black screen
Please do not restore system apps, system data and Google apps. This can cause bootloops and other problems due to mismatches coming from CM to AOSP and moving from Android version 4.1.2 to 4.2 to 4.3

Radio Version?
Nice work jaybob413!
GPS seems to be fine on today's 3.92 beta release.
Is my radio version (L700.05 V.GA02 / L700.GA02) as it should be for this 4.3 release?
It looks very similar to my previous radio from Crossbones 2.3.3. which was based off 4.2.2.
Maybe it changed but I did not notice
Thanks!

Thanks!

Radio has nothing to do with the rom. Any radio will work on any rom.
mobile data won't work for me, just keeps reverting itself back to cdma/evdo/gsm/wcdma.

Nice! Downloading now. Been waiting for this! Thanks!
do we need to flash our own supersu? tb says I don't have root and I cant find any settings un dev options or in the system to enable root, im assuming we must flash or download from playstore?
You need to flash it, I'll add that to the OP
Thanks, I flashed the multi window zip from AFH, the build name says homemade 11/07 so did I download an older build?

I flashed the multiwindow (which I couldn't find) version and did not have mobile data. I went to the APN section of system settings and was surprised to see none listed, which explained no data connection. Also under About Phone, my PRL was listed as "1". In the hopes of all this being an error, I restarted the phone and was immediately greeted with a screen telling me to activate the device to be able to call or get data. And in all my crack flashing I've never experienced that, so I ended up reverting to my previous nandroid.
With that said it did feel very smooth and ran well. Wifi worked and I was able to install some apps, but again couldn't find the multiwindow options. The build number stated the name of the other zip in the dev downloads, so maybe there was some mixup? But I'm definitely looking forward to more Omni. I've been on CM for so long, it'll be refreshing to run something else.

After flashing this ROM and the ARM 6.0 nano openGapps, the system sat at the boot animation for awhile, reboot itself, and now it has been at the boot animation for an hour. I had earlier installed plain CM13 without issue; any thoughts on next steps for troubleshooting this? Is there a means to disable the boot animation so I can determine where the process is hanging, or a log file I might be able to access through recovery or the external SD?

Did a dirty flash from valduis 5.1.1 and working good so far. Not sure but would suggest a full wipe (cache, data, system). I did a full backup first expecting issues since going from different rom and android version yet blessed with none.

@dwkindig try a full wipe. I flashed the same gapps without any issues.

Thanks, guys. Did the full wipe and flashed both ZIPs again, same issue. However, when I flashed just Beanstalk and let it boot fully into system, then went back into recovery and flashed Gapps, it worked fine. Not sure why that would be happening, but there ya go.
Glad it worked.

Hey. I was wondering if it'd be difficult to make a unified build. I've seen some others. Only curious. Thanks.

Well, I don't know actually. I'm new at building, and I'm not a coder. I only use available source and build for my device, and I make it available to everyone.
Thank you for keeping up with development

I like this; I like having 6.0 on the S4. But I'm running into significant Bluetooth issues, which I know are common to CyanogenMod-based ROMs on the S4. I had much better results with BT when I ran danvdh's 5.1 GPE-based ROM (and I need BT to work, particularly in the car). Does anyone know if it might be possible to use the BT drivers from that GPE ROM to replace what's in this CM-based ROM, and if so, how I might go about splicing those drivers into this ROM?
Not that it should matter for the BT subsystem, but I've flashed the latest OK3 modem and LTE firmware.
Hello, this ROM is stable or in beta version? Thank you!
Fast charge
Can anyone tell me how to get fast charge back? This thing says slow charging after installing this rom. It's talking around 4 hours to charge now compared to the 1 and a half it use to take. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Fast charge is a kernel feature. Not sure what kernel is included with rom or if it has fast charge.

Yes. This is my first phone I've ever rooted and flashed roms to. I've went through a couple roms over time just testing them, trying to find one I like. I seem to like this one, I just wanna figure out how how to get fast charge back. This is the first time I've had to do anything with the kernel, so this is new to me. I was hoping someone could let me know what I can use.
