Any ROM based on E988 or E980
If you ever get crappy signal on E980 ROMs then your need to flash you baseband again which I have provided for you here.
Personally I like G2 Apps ROM for stock and Vanir or Beanstalk ROM for AOSP.
How about the bs harmony rom? Will it work for me? Do i still need CWM?

I Trying flash "Liberty Evolved v1.26" on E975 V10F
it everything working fine,
only Internal SDCard can`t Reading
My Phone always show "scanning media files..."

Because there kernel only for CM10.1, not for stock rom...

Only kernels built for your phone will work. That is why you have this issue. You cannot flash other kernels for different phones, no matter how similar they are.
I believe mysteryemotionz kernel will work. his kernel is for At&t optimus g. ask around in there and check 1st.

At&t Optimus G camera is 8mp , not 13mp .
If i use mysteryemotionz's kernel , rear camera is not working ...
can I to modify system files(mount path or other) for internal sdcard working ?

Hi i have LG E973 optimus G F180s korean version with stock Android 4.1.2 and I would like to upgrade to New Android 4.3, pacman it seems to be called. I have never done it Before and i need a detailed tutorial. In forum I found firmware only for E975 and I dont Know If it the same firmware for my E973.

Rooted
Unlock Bootloader
Put rom .zip PACman into sdcard.
Reboot to Recovery.
3wipe and flash rom. Reboot and enjoy.
Hello guys,
i d like to know whats the procedure for flashing a rom on the OGP e986, as i am new to lg devices and cant really find a thread for the e986..
I should inform you that i am pretty familiar with rom/recovery flashing,rooting devices etc.
So,should i flash any rom for the e98x and then flash the right modem for my device?Or should i flash a rom made for my exact model only?
Also,will i have the ir bluster functionality as on stock rom in custom roms?

When you launch freegee it automatically downloads supported devices list..If e986 was not supported it would automatically exit..Try for yourself.

I think the people from lg g pro forum isn't friendly with new lg owners, i already ask about how to root my E986(Portugal) and hadn´t any answer!

I'm on Vanir's 4.4.2 Rom the last 3 days and I can assure you that it doesn't have any serious bugs and it has daily ota updates..Its a great rom for daily driver and the battery life i m getting is far greater than stock 4.1.2 rom..So wait no more brother!Start Flashing!?

So ive flashed the 4.4.2 stock E988 rom on my E980. Couldnt help notice the stock Email/Exchange app isnt present , how could i get the stock google exchange app to work here, im surrectly using a 3rd party app that syncs email but doesnt do calendar, so the stock app from google should help
is there one from LG that im missing ? willing to try that as well , inputs if from anyone would help.
You can try to extract the app from the e988 or e980 kdz file. Or you can extract the apk from CM or Vanir ROMS for e988.

I flashed the stock 4.4.2 E980 rom (not the E988 one) and it has the stock email app.
I know this doesn't really answer your question, but if you want to install the e980 rom, then you'll have the app for sure.

You can install aosp based rom search in lg g pro forum and you will find a lot of roms or you can install stock based rom for e988 like sphinx rom
Or xitrom ..... If you want to install e975 rom you should install the correct kernel and modem for e988 but sure do a backup first for your curent rom ( sorry for my weak english )
