I think You should ask it from Amazon...
I don't know for other countries but in France, I found only one website (called maisondugsm.com) which was selling the flip shells. I ordered one and I'm waiting for it. Motorola don't purpose these products on the French website.
I think Amazon will sell these products (Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de purpose the shells in preorder) but atm, you'll have to wait.

Any clue why the Grip Shell is not available yet other than in US? On the motorola website the grip shell doesn't even mentioned to be exist.

Ok, simple shells were available "long" ago, but flip shells still aren't as I'm writing this, just preordable.
I was lucky enough to have a free grip shell included in my box, sadly it was the purple one...
I'm eagerly looking forward to the flip cover, hopefully it'll be out soon.

The "funny" thing is that I'm getting this shell for a friend, but she lives in USA and the cases are not available on Amazon USA, but they're available in my Country (Germany) maybe it won't be that expensive to send it to America?

"DHL Päckchen International" costs 16,90€ (Tracking included, covered by insurance) from Germany to the USA.
I really love to have the official Motorola Grip Shell and the Flip Shell, but i could not find any shops here in UAE.

I just received the red version of this shell today - from Amazon USA. I ordered on January 26, got it today, February 10. You just need to wait a little while till they get stock.

Looking for a leather case/holder for the GN (in the UK), not interested in any of the things that clip/slide on to the back of the phone
Just something to leather to slide the phone in and out of (no metal clips etc on it)...vertical or horizontal, matters not to me.
Also, what screen protector would people recommend?
Unlike nokia, samsung doesnt seem to make accessories like this for their phones themselves :|

As kupuguy mentioned.. not sure where you got that from. They ship internationally (and at pretty decent rates too). I ordered mine last week. It's set to ship out this week (finally).

Norêve does'nt have one for the Galaxy Nexus yet, but you can subscribe to getting an email when it is available. They make beautiful cases, but expensive.
FitBag Does deliver in Europe. Don't expect too much of the microfiber lining though. It's nice, but won't clean your dirty screen. You still have to do that yourselve \\

Is this the same kind of tpu as the $3 tpu on ebay?
I'm a fan of tpu cases, like the Amzer Argyle ones.
They work so much better than silicone.

I ordered one, but it's not arrived yet, and from what I've heard, the cover isn't as great as people had hoped. It is apparently very slippery and seems that it could pop off too easily in a fall or drop.
If/when mine arrives, I'll update this post with my own thoughts, but if that's the case, I'm going to start looking for more options.
I'll probably order one anyway as I prefer slim hard shell cases to bulky flip ones
I have ordered the official orange protective case. Should be here soon.
I have the Official flip and hard cases, I prefer the hard case as the cover of the flip case is awkward and blocks the notification light - and the beautiful 5.5" screen!
The hard case is well made and looks great, although the colours look way nicer than the clear (I have a clear and yellow), both seem like they will unclip easily but so far they've stayed on! Haven't dropped it yet :cyclops:

I see on Toast you have to use the Skin with the name exposed 'TOAST' on the bottom.
But its more customization and much more options than the DBRAND.
I receive now my DBRAND skin, and It fits with perfection and are really good quality, the wood seens to be real because the skin of 3M have details in high relief. Very good company.
I will buy one in Toast too.

Oh nice! How difficult is it to pop the old back out and put one of these in? I've been curious about the wood since they launched it after I got mine.
They're not too inexpensive though, wonder if it's worth it or if I should just wait I replace with 2015 Moto X (skipping the 2014).

Found these on Amazon.ca when I was looking for another case. Anyone have any experience and in comparison with the Ringke fusion? They are much cheaper for me and free shipping. They look pretty close to the same for me, and like the Spigen Ultra.

It actually looks better to me. I'll wait for when it comes out so I can see some videos, but I might get this. Maybe I could even take off the clear back so it's a bumper?
EDIT: So yeah I just ordered one in black (only color for America). Can't wait for it after watching videos of it on other phones.

Nah, it is the same one. My delivery estimate is 31st-13th of January.
Ordered a Green one on Amazon US. If it fits anything like the Diztronic, I'm set. I need the clear back for my work pass. Right now, I have to take off my cover everytime I go in.

After extensive research and after watching the youtube videos for orzly i have gone for the orzly one plus one fusion case in green
if you go to there facebook page you can also claim one for free which i have also done as id like another colour
This case was delivered on Monday and I've been using it since. The only complaint I habe is the plastic back gets scratched extremely fast.
