I am currently running MIUI V5, and while its pretty much perfect, I can't get my MMS to work and I prefer the gingerbread MIUI camera. I had 1.12.9 on my original incredible and I loved it, but I've been having no luck finding an available download link for it for my dinc2. If anyone has it or knows where it is, that would be lovely. miui.us doesn't have the phone lsited on their site anymore (however the original Inc is there, go figure)

I plan to get the One X in a week or two. So I want to make sure Aosp or cm9 or even Aokp roms will be available. I come from the Nexus S so I love development. That's why.
Thanks!

Probably, I'd say..... although I've learnt to buy a sense based phone only with the development of sense ROMs as a guarantee, anything else is a bonus....especially after what happened on the sensation.

It will be developed by a willing XDA dev,it would take time though, when you see that only now CM9 is fully working on Sensation...
So it won't be official? That's a let down..

CM9 or AOKP. The links are in the development section for your respective device.

Just make a nandroid backup of your stock ROM and try as many as you want. That's what I did with my Sprint GNex a few weekends ago since I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for. You can always restore back to stock should you not like a ROM for any reason.
I decided on AOKP b37 and Franco Milestone 3 (now running Milestone 4)--this setup has been flawless for me with no crashes or hangs at all. In addition to my stock nandroid backup I also have four backups of other ROMs as well, should I want to try out the different functionality each one offers.
Rascream and liquid smooth are probably the two best roms.
Rascream doesn't have many options but is built from aosp and is the fastest rom out there and liquid has more options and is pretty smooth.
Thanks guys

hey guys and gals so I was cleaning up some space on my phone and I found TCP's build of GB miui and flashed it for a quick moment. When it was initially released I loved it. I still do. Good old GB.... but there's only one thing missing in his build.. 4G is there ANY way someone can get it to work or implement it on the ROM??

As stated, is there someone working on a Miui port? If not, could someone look into it please?

I love MIUI.

Not going to happen till MIUI V6 gets dropped. Note 3 started off with 4.3 base. MIUI V5 is 4.2.2 based. As soon as MIUI V6 comes out, I will start work on it. Missed MIUI since I stopped porting it on the D2VZW (S3).
Can anyone tell me if the htc one can run older versions of sense? I've been looking but can't find it running anything older than sense 5. I've wanted to checkout sense 4+ on the one but can't seem to find out if it's even possible.
Why would you want to? Older versions of sense was laggy and battery hogs. Why aosp based ROMs was so popular back then.

It's just for curiosity and to play around with. I liked the old versions of sense and wanted to see how they looked on the one.
You would I guess need someone to port over an older Rom in which I doubt any dev will do. So unless you are good friends with a dev or you can do it yourself the chances of seeing it done is slim to none.
