I was wondering if anyone has tried getting a Bluetooth dongle with the AOKP rom on the kindle to work?
Thanks!
Interested in knowing this also. Will be the reason I'll buy one if so.
Hey folks,
as miracast and all the other solutions i have tried so far don't work (or give random problems / don't allow proper mirroring) I wanted to ask if somebody here knows away to achieve mirroring from an android device?!
I tried youmap cast receiver which worked for about 2 weeks but then was removed from the marked and the manually installed app doesn't work any longer, now idea why but thats how it is with my device...
I have a rooted 1st generation fireTV, so is there any way of getting this mirroring stuff working?
thanks is advance
Thorsten
Hi!
Does anyone know how to connect a controller to the OP3? I tried Bluetooth/sixaxis and OTG.
Bluetooth: Can connect to it but wont work in emulators or games.
Sixasis: Wont find the controller
OTG: Light DS4 controller is orange (So it is connected) but won't work in supported games or emulators.
OS: OxygenOS 3.1.2
I tried support but they just say it is not supported. USB controller support is native in Android OS, right? See OnePlus forum where we discuss the problem at hand. Maybe someone here knows a solution. Support OP says it is not supported on OP3. As far as I know it worked on OP1 and OP2.
I really want to play Pokemon en OoT!

Which bluetooth controller do you have? I have the Moga Pocket and it does work, though it took some fiddling around with different apps and then adjusting settings in the emulators.

Yes, I enabled it. Hoped that would do the trick. No luck there
I'm having the same issue connecting my DS4 controller. It connects to the sixaxis app properly, but the nothing responds to my inputs. I am using oxygen 3.1.3. I'm guessing a different rom will probably fix the issue, but then I'd lose dash charging. Is there any work around? I was considering buying an otg cable later today, but wont since OP has had no luck with it.

Hi, Thank got i'm not alone! Next step in the process. Installed BlissPop ROM and that made it only worse. There is no way to enable OTG on CM13. So I thought, lets restore my back-up. Now my security pattern is not recognized . Let's hope the already second running restore will work.
Anyone got another plan?

I tried contacting OnePlus support. Their response was that the OP3 is a very sensitive device and is very sensitive to input and is not designed to work with a PS4. I don't even know where they got PS4 since I didn't even mention that I was using a DS4 with my OP3.
Hello,
Does LineageOS support MHL - HDMI out?
I have tried it on my HTC M9 with Resurrection Remix and LineageOS but nothing appears on the TV screen. On an other M9 with the Stock Rom it works instantly.
So, does the custom-roms support this function?
If someone got a link to such a discussion so please share it.
thanks
.
MHL used to work on my M8 on Venom, which was based on an HTC image. However, since getting burned by a bug present in all the OEM based ROMs, I switched to Lineage and lost MHL
Still works on my wife's M9 with Venom.
I hope there can be a fix because I actually use MHL on trips since casting is frequently difficult or impossible to get working on hotel wifi, and besides the fact that screen mirroring over any network is always going to have quality issues.
Hey guys,
i have a Mi 6 with unofficial RR running Oreo. When i install google home i cant see all my chromecast devices - even though thru YouTube app i am actually able to cast to all of them. Spotify however does not see them (but it does see other android devices having cast receiver installed).
At first i thought that my wifi setup might be messed up, but i tried an iPhone i had around and its working like a charm - seeing both Chromecasts and cast receiver devices.
I searched google and this forum, but couldnt find anything related.. - is anyone experiencing this kind of problem and do you have a solution?

Could be an issue with the rom.
