The ROM has been a long and Painstaking process of trying to stablize it ever since it came out, and after countless hours, sleepless night, endless testing, forever flashing, constantly patching, and alot of cursing, here is my version of "Kingdom".

Glitches Explained
Bluetooth Pairing: To get Bluetooth to work, go into Bluetooth, turn on bluetooth, put headset or device into pairing mode. Then Tap Scan for Devices, then tap Discoverable (Making the HD2 discoverable) the device will be found and paired and working. If you disconnect a paired bluetooth or turn off bluetooth, to re-connect, turn bluetooth on, then tap discoverable, then tap the device you want to re-connect to. Its a PITA but it works!

Works for me.
How to prepare your Phone for this rom if you are coming from another rom using the same CWR Layout (If you Flash a new CWR Partition you can skip this step):
In CWR go to Mount & Storage, and Manually format each section:
Format Boot, Cache, Data, System, then go to advanced and then wipe dalvik cache. once you do that, then you can flash the rom. I have made it that it formats boot, data, and system before flashing, but its an extra precaution, especially for EU users.
EXTRA NOTATION:
As I said in the FAQ, you can try different partition sizes, but any problems that occur I can not be responsible for. Do understand that we all have a limit of what we can use on our rom.
So seeing that so many people are having this stuck at gogogo problem, I have attached here the CWR zip for EU & TMOUS. The problem is not the Rom but your BOOT Partition Layout.
Just to be safe here are the instructions, "Just in Case":
Boot into Magdlr, make sure your phone is not connected by USB, then choose USB Flasher when it says waiting USB, plug your phone in, WAIT for it to say Waiting USB...USB, then flash the CWR I provided, these settings will and do work, when the phone reboots, then choose option 8 to go to recovery, and flash the rom, and right after flash the 1.3 update.
As a habit, you should after the flash of the rom go into the advanced option before rebooting, and choose error report, so that a recovery.log of the boot process is saved to your sdcard, and then you should pull this log into your computer. This log shows you the whole flashing process and can save you endless time and headaches of why your phone is not booting.
98% of the time the failure to boot is due to running out of room on the device because of the wrong partition layout. 1% of the time it is due to a wrong boot layout. 1% of the time its due to bad blocks on the phone that cant be writtten to which reduces your partition size.
I cannot guarantee that HD2 toolkit formats the partition layout correctly, or anything other program, this is what I use and it has not failed me yet, if you choose to use a different way of laying out your partition, then please do not blame the rom.

FAQ's
Q: Will you be putting out a CLK rom?
A: No, if you want to use clk its rather simple, extract the initrd.gz and zimage from the rom and place it in the fastboot folder. Flash the rom as normal, and then enter fastboot and type this command: fastboot -c "" -b 0x11800000 flash:raw boot zImage initrd.gz
Reboot, and enjoy!
Q: Does the TMOUS use an SD-EXT?
A: No, the whole rom fits on the phone, (yes you read this right), and you still have about 45mb of free space in the system folder.
Q: What about apps? Thats not enough room to put apps in!
A: All apps are scripted to install in the "DATA" folder, since you have nearly 400mb of free space, I think that is more then enough. Not to mention you still do have an SDCard.
Q: What about us EU users?
A: EU users will still have to use an SD-EXT. I didnt want to play with this much, since I dont have an EU HD2, but I am looking to see if I can lessen how much of the EXT is used. (Possibly moving framework and some rom apps into the phone). Still undecided.
Q: Are you planning to update this rom?
A: As of 1.5's release No. Due to the fact that a> All bugs should be squashed, b> There isnt anything new to add, c> and the biggest reason; Both my HD2's are biting the dust and can no longer continue flashing roms.
Q: Can I use a different Partition layout?
A: Sure, but if it doesnt work, then dont blame me.
Q: How stable is this ROM?
A: As stable as its going to get currently, there are too many missing parameters in this rom and until they are sorted out it will still have glitches and hiccups.
Q: I don't know how to flash this rom, can you help?
A: Sure. Read the sticky in this forum and learn the basics.
Q: This Rom is garbage, it doesnt work, and you call yourself a Chef?

A: Only if you are using mobile firefox or opera, the default browser will not work on the phone, it does not handle FTP links.

Remember I am hosting the files on my own server, I have a limit of 5mb upstream, so please be patient.
And make sure to read the FAQ's I have just updated them with a post from Jaglicic If you still have FC's:
You can try this :
Download Android Terminal Emulator from the market and launch it
Type in su then hit enter. (Accept when SU asks if you want to allow root)
Type in echo ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1 >> /data/local.prop then hit enter.
restart phone.
After a few ours testing I didn't have any Sense FC and no rosie restarts.
I am hoping that this is the way to keep rosie in memory.

I dont know why you did implement your gps.conf (even though it was a lot of work for you) as tytung clearly said that his (which he had written by himself which means he knows about his own code) and everyone else's gps lib is not going to fetch any data of the gps.conf
so why even putting it in there? (or was it just because it can't hurt to put it in there?)

Installation:
If you are a pro and already have cLK and CWM installed, you know the drill (partition 300-5 since v0.5). If you are new to Android flashing on the HD2, I recommend stirkac's excellent tutorial. All necessary files can be found in HotMod utilities.
1. Download ROM and copy zip file to your SD Card.
2. Download HotMod utilities v0.2. Extract the zip file.
Flash cLK
1. Enter SPL by holding VOL DOWN while switching on the phone
2. Flash with CustomRUU.exe from HotMod utilities.
Install CWM Recovery
1a. Power up your phone while holding BACK key
1b. Plug in USB cable. Driver is located in folder HotMod utilities/google-usb_driver, if necessary.
2. On command prompt, switch to HotMod utilites folder and type:
fastboot flash recovery recovery_leo4014.img
3. Reboot (type fastboot reboot or manually)
Install ROM
4. While powering on, hold HOME key
5. Select "install zip from sdcard"
6. Select HotMod_vX.X.zip
7. Confirm, relax, reboot, enjoy
MAGLDR:
To use MAGLDR, download HotMod_MAGLDR__utilities_[partition_+_cwm_4.0.1.4]_v0.2 and HotMod_MAGLDR_patch_v0.1. Copy rom and patch to sd card.
Install MAGLDR 1.13.
Install CWM 4.0.1.4 and partition layout using DAF.exe from zip.
Install rom via CWM, don't reboot yet.

EU Users: Memory on NAND is low. Prepare your sd card by creating 1 gig ext3/4 partition. Install Apps2SD for HotMod via CWM. Transfer dalvik to sd.
Known issues:
robotic voice on first call. Solutions: a) Disable "Audible touch tones" from Settings / Audio. b) Enable + disable speaker during robotic call. c) Hang up. b + c will work until reboot.
Low incall volume: if incall volume is too low for you, delete /system/etc/firmware/htcleo.acdb. This will make you suffer from high mic gain...

this ROM sounds very good but are there any screenshoots? What is not like the Original?
Is this Version also for the EU-Version and what Partition Layout?
Is it also Multilanguage (German)?
Most important question: Is it only for cLK or also für MAGLDR with CWM?

Everything is stock, thats why I made no screenshots. Maybe I should include some tomorrow. I removed some HTC widgets that I never use, but the important stuff is there. If something is deeply missed, I will add it again.
It should work for the EU model, but I couldn't test as I only posses the TMoUS model.
It is Multilanguage, and especially German is working just fine gps.conf is already set to Germany, so enjoy!

No problem bro, maybe it's even better, "all" who workrd on Sense rom goes to Ginger with a 2.1 but with all due respect for their hard work i can't stand on it more than two, three days. Glitches, camcorder, power menu and the rest smaller bugs it's still, even after big progress, too much for me. After many many task29 I would like to have fully working, daily using and whatevering rom, sense rom, for more than three days:-D and
I'm not Bond, James Bond
PS: But that doesen't mean that I will not try a new Pyramid 1.8 from Dung also:-D

You exactly described the purpose of this rom. This is meant to be the fully working daily driver. Camera and camcorder are working perfectly and there are no graphic glitches. Hope you like it. If there are any bugs, let me know.

No, not at the moment. You could try, probably it will boot, but there won't be RMNET, the only feature that you are missing with cLK. I could deliver that, but I think you should try the original (see first post).

Bugs:
Don't know what are you talking about... The rom has the same bugs as MacŁawStudio's RC1. Since that's not a long list, this rom doesn't have a lot of bugs
First boot after install might take a lot of time. If you feel like you stuck on boot, then remove the battery for ~20 secs, and put it back, then turn it on.
Edit: users reported that rom is not booting. 2 things:
When doing wipes, I recommend doing formats instead of wipe. Format cache, data, system, sd-ext, and WIPE DALVIK CACHE before install. AFTER INSTALL,DO NOT WIPE DATA!
Be patient! Depending on your memory card's speed, it might take up to 10, or even 15 minutes until you get bootanimation and the rom running. Since a lot of users reported the rom working, the problem is probably on your side - sorry for saying this this simple.
Way of installation:
Select your version - ultimate or light
Download, copy to sd card - usual method
Format cache, data, system, sd-ext, and wipe dalvik cache!
Install rom
AFTER INSTALL, DO NOT MAKE A FACTORY RESET! LOT OF APPS ARE ON DATA STORAGE!
Wait until reboot - this may take several time. Be patient! Enjoy
Important!
While installing Light version, you'll see that it says V2. Don't bother about it, it was my fault, I didn't save the updater-script after modifying it :silly::laugh:
If you decide to use Ultimate or Supreme, make sure you have an ext3 / ext4 partition! Dunno how to do that? No problem! Check the original Ace thread for an all-round tutorial! Original link in the top of this thread
To get the best performance, do this in settings/performance:
Set Processor's max to 825 Mhz, and governor to smartassV2
Enable KSM and Free memory, but do not enable zRAM!!!
Disable Surface dithering, and enable 16-bit transparency.
First time boot, you can't mount storage. Reboot and it will work well
Connect your phone to charger, let it fully charge and then reboot it. After reboot deep sleep should be working properly.
If you check the original thread in Ace forum, you'll find versions with LagFree. I didn't port that, since a lot of users said that there is no sensible change in performance with, or without that script. Of course, use any script you may feel needed for a smoother system.

As for now, you can't activate wallpaper scrolling. I've been testing this rom for a few says, and I haven't yet meet problems with apps and storage...

I've got an idea how you can activate this. But I will test it first.
I've solved the problem! I've changed the "Seclauncher2.apk" with the version I've used in CM9. And now I can scroll the wallpapers!

Well that's a solution too. But the reason behind disabling wallpaper scroll was improvement in performance. So it's your decision whether you choose performance or scrolling

If you have installed Link2SD you need to wipe the cache to boot.

You need to wipe cache. I've got this problem with Link2SD
Next bug: If you want to install Apps from Google Play, it says "Paketdatei ungültig" (You have to translate this into English). <-- This bug comes from Link2SD

Yeh same for me the light version just doesn't boot at all wiped all but stuck on a black screen on boot.

Everything is FINE ! but It's only to bad that Instagram doesn't connect Camera...

This is a known bug for this rom, after first booting, the phone will stuck on blue screen, so pull battery out wait 10 seconds, put back in and it works, at least on my version of this port

It's really interesting that it boots for some, and for some other, it doesn't.
Before install, try to format system, data, cache and sd-ext in recovery. Remember not to wipe anything after install.

I've done all of the above tips, it just won't boot (also not with the battery out) didn't have this problem with any other rom yet shame cz it looks great.

hi! for me works after format to System, DATA and waiting for few minutes during first booting.
i use CWM v5.0.2.7
meanwhile the problem is the battery consumption
anybody can tell me what is the battery lifetime with this firmware without charging, because my phone discharge during 2 hours by 50% without any huge activity

I introduce to you my new rom based on HTC ONE V (RUU 2.22 Europe) with some stuff from HTC Desire X (RUU 1.18). This rom have many tweeks that you will not find them in any SENSE LITE rom (e.g. 5, 7 or 9 desktops, live wallpapers from personalize settings). This rom is very fast, beauty and stable.

Great news. Will be tested

Some slight lag at first (as expected to me right after a fresh flash of a rom) but after I use it more and more it's quite smooth. I have 2D instead of 3D with 5 homescreens, and practically nothing installed except Twitter. Pretty much at this rate the only Sense 4.x rom I can see myself using as a daily driver instead of just messing around with. All that's left is to see what my battery life is at in about 9-11 hours when I plug my phone in for bed.

wifi not working

Its really nice, but somehow my wifi wont work. It dont want to connect to my network. When i reboot, it will connect once, but without access to internet. when i disable it and enable again, its not connecting.

Hello, I flashed this ROM but it gives me error after sometime when phone boot "sdcard unexpectedly removed" this is really weird to me.

Found 1 program which doesn't work
Playing around with the ROM and this program https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=panorama.activity does not work for me. The screen is blank and I have attached a logcat as well for you.

I have been using this ROM for a day now
Besides the camera program issue, I haven't found any other issues. I run my ROMS a little different.
First on ICS/JB ROMS I run the swap file in /cache instead of the sdcard and also I change the minfree (I run a script to do it) to 1536,3072,4096,21000,23000,25000, which for me seems to give good results.
Also the wifi calling app (VisionWifiCalling_v3.1_Android4.0.x.zip) works for me as well.
I am using the 3.0.63 advanced sense kernel r2, and was wondering what others are using and how well it is working for them.

Very aggressive OOM killer is bad idea for low memory devices.
Version 1.1.1 is up.

One small little thing I noticed is say if I turned on my phone, and the first app I opened was the Play store, every other app I open after that shows, well the best way to put it is kind of a screenshot like thingy of the first app you opened, if that makes sense, and hopefully if it does others know what I'm meaning. xD

Yes it is aggressive, but I have never had issues and for me I get the performance I desire.

Version 1.1.2 is up.
There will be no more updates for a while. The Next step is MIUI v5.
I must share with you guys with my older roms - MIUI v3 and MIUI v4, but first I must translate installers .

Thanks, this (at least to me) does seem like the best 4.0.3 Sense ROM, using it as a DD (or is it dd).
I do have 1 question: Advantages between the different kernels (as the other Sense ROMS seem to all use the .50 kernel - unless you manually flash a new one)?

This is tuff question, everyone should test this kernels and choice favorite one. I prefer Faka 3.0.72 kernel or Advanced sense kernel r2. They have really good performance and runs very smooth (I like SIO scheduler and smartassv2 governor).
Others roms using .50 kernels, maybe because kernels .60+ have system write mounting bug. In this rom I applied workaround for this bug.

I have taken from the drawer my trusty HD2. For a long time I wanted a miui rom on this terminal immortal for me, that would work in both nand that native-sd pure.

- Added double swap (ACHIEVED The 234 MB - RAM FREE)

Rom smooth and stable, small battery drain in normal use. Consumption obviously increases after frequent reboots. The only anomaly is in phone settings / call waiting. Other anomalies or bugs: TEEL ME
In nand = Work natively, it should work only in T-Mobile (576MB ram)

Xioami.com exist on many threads related to this issue and on Device, with a lot more hardware performance of Hd2.
The nature of the publication of my rom is for those who love the style Miui. Do not create a rom, for games.
I use this rom from a bit of time every day. its normal. But it certainly does not compare to my rom MIUI (same version) on Z1C .....
That is why I limited to the maximum the use of additional themes that have burdened 1GHZ processor and less than 512MB of ram Hd2.

the kernel is used in the native miui: 2.6.32 tytung jellibean_r2
from this, the idea of using: initrd_patcher
in my initial testing, I used the init.d folder clean. but I noticed better performance bringing the processor to 1.2ghz with the script (pureperformance)
I just increased the values of the processor without adding anything to the memory.
I just forgot I believe, to remove the script 00_cpufreq, from Rom public ....
could create problems?

Robbie very well.
I have no use MAGLDR (not friend with it). but as written in the first post, reformat all partitions in clk / format nand. Actually I noticed that formats all partitions, even those xboot .... (do not know if this is possible in magdldr). And that without this format, the ROM does not start (only with the usual wipe)
Also I have only one partition to ext4. but I want to try with 2 ext4 that you described .....
Note: in the rush to publish (I have devoted more time to translate into more languages as possible, and create a pleasant theme and solve some errors in the placement of the programs (perhaps T-mous works differently from Eu in certain areas)) I have not worked on the script .....
I just added the double-swap (cache and data) that gave significant improvements in the management of the ram.
- Yesterday I deleted scripts: 00_cpufreq - 99_lowmemorykiller, leaving intact my script overclock
- I installed the fly-on pack including ext4
- I deleted some apks accessories: game, livewallpaper etc ...
I have seen a marked improvement in the responsiveness of the device, although for me it was already well (likely I demand little)

No one has stopped the development. At least for what concerns me.
I fact, brought changes to the boot for Hd2 Eu.
This address will be for the next release (it will not get the patch, for the installation of the ROM), as well as some changes in memory management, etc ....
Now I just have to clean up my rom and do the upload.
But all this takes time, which at this time is short for me....
I hope in the next week to be able to publish V2.

I'm running this ROM having installed using HypoTurtle's V6 shell zip and flashed as DirectSD (2x 2gb Ext4 partitions on card) with DalvikOnNAND (running cLK with just over 400mb for dalvik on EU HD2). I deleted the cpufreq and lmk scripts, and a whole load of the MIUI apks, then installed a lot of Google apps from Play Store and I have to say it is feeling very stable. It does lag a fair bit when opening/switching apps and I can't run games on it but tbh I can't run games on any of the 4.4.4 ROMs either so I guess the old brick is just at the limit of it's capability now! One thing I don't understand though - at the very most when I clear all recent apps I get around 90-95mb free RAM in total, nothing like the 234mb claimed in the OP using double swap. However I do not have a swap partition on my card so I guess I am not going to see any benefit from that?

The 234 mb (Achieved) mean maximum obtainable: only after three to reboot and start of use of the device.
It is logical that, during use of the device the ram is lowered.
In my tests I tried to cancel the dual swap.
result: decrease under 50/40 mb of ram free.
In rom V2 (which maximum two days, I give public) have reformulated the dual swap; is that cache that date.
Result: stable above 100 mb of ram free in normal use
Also you do not need any swap partition for this system.
You can find the * .img file in: / ROOT / DATA / SWAP, with the relative log cache, and log data.
In dual swap (as the author recommends) the swap cache supports the swap data (or system) in time. using a single swap it was noted that over time, the ram decreases .....
You will get an error in the log cache that is a problem for hd2. but I did test on hd2 and the work above mentioned works!
For this I installed the dual swap also in my Rom V2.

I've already written the first post for disappointments or slowness of miui ..... you just read .....
I work on miui rom for some years and I can say that it works very differently from a CM or JB. For Hd2 is from version 4.6.6 that I like to change them, study them.
The characteristic of Miui is the reliability and the many functions (many hidden system): antivirus (tested with apk infected and it works 100%), system optimization, block calls and text messages, phone calls recorder and much much more .....
All this functionality by many 'all user, but of course adds to the system, that to have maximum performance, must have an appropriate hardware.
Add to this even if it is a rom multilanguage.
I compared the native rom with my multilanguage, and my goal was to give the same performance ...
Most versions have gone forward from miui 4, more functions have increased and improved. Same thing for the Miui5.
Our advice: if you love the speed of the system on hd2, goes to another rom ..... Not miui.
