Looking for custom rom

I had my Galaxy W since yesterday and want to pimp it and need a Custom Rom with german language and the simple samsung keyboard. I flashed Cow and Khezra but these things I'm missing.

Thanks. It works really good, but I have two problems:
1. no Google Talk. Is there any apk to install it?
2. Sometimes the usb-storage get lost and I must restart to get it back...is there any solution?
Edit: Googletalk I get back with nitrality.

I have no problems with the usb storage.Try a full wipe.If it dont work after the full wipe,i can give you a update.zip which swaps the sdcard with the internal storage

Thanks for your help. I will try the full wipe. Can you explain me the thing with the swap to sd? I.don' t understand it really. Is it to get more ram or space? I came from the Galaxy S-Forum and there the things are a bit other.

Our phone has got 2gb internal storage and if you want to have navigon on your device, the internal storage hasnt enough space

I see! Another question: is it recommended to format the sd-card? I put the sd-card from my GS in GW and there is a lot of stuff on it(32GB).

Doesn't replacing any component of your ROM kill OTAs (kernel, recovery, image etc.), or so I hear... If it does, then no, all you'd have to do to keep OTA capability is to remove CWM by flashing the stock recovery. You can still keep root though (depending on whether the OTA breaks your root).

Clockwordmod kills it. It may download but without the stock recovery it has no way to be flashed.

Is there any reason why you are sticking with stock image? I'm running foxhound 0.1 beta with 4.0.4 android image, with the latest Leankernel from imoseyon. In a day I can never run out of battery with heavy use, while before with the stock by 2pm battery was almost dead.

Pimp this configuration more please, even if its unrelated to the topic. I've only read about it twice now.

3.1.3 update still not available?

I have my OP3 now for 2 days and I'm still on 3.1.2. AFAIK the 3.1.3 should already be available via system update. But I tried often and it says my system is up to date.
I have no SIM card in the phone as I'm still waiting for the nano SIM I need. Could that be the reason for not getting the update?

there is no need to root.
flash from recovery....adb sideload

Any specific Changelog for 3.1.3 ?????

Backup Tool for cm based roms.

Hi guys,
Maybe someone can help me.
I'm searching an app or script where I can save my rom settings. I'm running ressurection remix rom which has lots of features and it take lots of time to set it up after a clean flash.
I'm searching something like rom settings backup app ( available in playstore) but it's not compatible to oneplus three it seems so.
I've tried titanium backup but it saves all my app and app data. But not the settings of the rom.
I hope someone can give me some advice.

Please tell me how can i install google camera with portait mode . On my xioami mi5s
I alrady install twrp recovery and magisk manager
I try some camera 2 api and some google versions
But i didn't succeed please help me some...my mi5s is 32gb version
My device run miui 9....android version7.0

Portrait Mode can't use on MIUI even in 9!
Only way to use the portrait mode is to install custom roms like PixelExperience or LineageOS to use the port version of pixel 2!

Portrait mode works only Android 8 Oreo +

That's not true, I can use it on Miui9 Android 7 (xiaomi.eu) .
Depends on the version of the gcam.
Currently this version runs on my device.

Hmmm ... interesting. But, as far as I know, on the front camera is only 8 up

I also ise that version, on MIUI and I don't have portraid mode, only lens blur.
So can you exlpain how you activated portrait mode?

Yes, it works only with back camera. With front camera the display becomes black.
No special trick necessary. I only activated that feature in settings (Screenshot)

Camera to api problem magisk manager bootlegger 8.1 rom
Recently installed bootlegger rom 8.1 on my asus zenfone 2 and rooted via magisk but even after installing camera to api enabler zip through magisk and rebooting camera to api is not enabled i get all 5 cross on checking with camera to api compatibility app.PLEASE HELP.PLEASE PLEASE

is it possible at least have hdr+ on front camera? I've already tryed a bunch but none worked (hdr+ on front camera)
