So Should be the same!
However I am Getting Really Good Battery Life From The: T999UVALJ4-Kernel

So far kernel running smoothly. Still to early to tell about battery, but it's looking good so far. Do u have any plans to oc and add extra governors to these kernels? That would be the bizness if u do..just asking bro. Thanks!

I just rooted my T-Mobile Note 2 - T889 and have successfully backed up via the CWM by doing it via the bootup screen also did a titanium backup just in case.
Not sure how to install the insecure boot.img. I checked the instructions but not sure what it all means. please help

How do I know which J2 or J4 to flash?

[ROM]Team Kernelizers: Stock JB MA4 De-odexed 4.1.2

Hey everyone this was my first time trying to deodex a rom and i was finally able to boot it. Anyways this is based on the leak that was provided to us by Sextape. I used Cygwin to deodex the rom and sign it.
Anyways the important stuff is that this is the first De-odexed MA4 so far that I have seen.
One problem is that it install, but when you reboot the system it will hang at the Samsung Screen (so its a problem with the stock kernel), so to get it to boot make sure you have a secondary kernel downloaded such as: Agat, Anthax, or Ktoonz and install it after you install the zip.
I am going to fix the kernel thing in the morning. For now I am tired. Good day everyone.
The ROM included Root, Superuser, Zip-aligned APK's, and De-odexed System and APK's
This rom does not have Multi View. It is the 4.1.2 update from Sprint.

Install instructions:
1. Download Rom
2. Place it in your SD card
3. Boot into Recovery (only tested on CWM)
4. Wipe Data/Cache/Dalvik
5. Install zip
6. Install a secondary kernel like Agats LJ7 or Ktoonz latest TW kernel or Anthrax
7. Fix permissions in recovery
8. Boot up and ENJOY

[ROM/Kernel/Modem/Rec][Oct-13] I317-UCAMH3 Stock Rooted Odex and De-Odex - Sep-13 OTA

Here are a set of packages flashable from a custom recovery (CWM, TWRP) that are based completely on the September 2013 UCAMH3 stock OTA for the AT&T I317 in all their bloated glory.
These packages are intended only for the AT&T version of the Note 2.
The odex package contains the stock files after the OTA update less bootloader and recovery. It includes Chainfire's SuperSU and Linus Yang's build of busybox. It installs the UCAMH3 kernel and the modem.
Want to stay close to stock? OTA process not working on your phone? Prefer odex for the speed? This is the package for you...
The de-odex package was created with the current 2.0 version of smali/baksmali and current Android SDK zipalign using a version of Daneshm90's Auto-Deodexer script which I updated for this effort. The de-odex package also includes SuperSu and busybox, but does not install the kernel or modem. :good:
Both of these packages completely replace the contents of the system partition. If you are coming from another stock-based I317 firmware wipes should not be necessary.
For completeness's sake I've included separate packages for the kernel, modem, and recovery.

This should work, but for best results you can always Odin back to ucama4 and take the ota update that way... I recommend being cautious about that though because ATT now has a locked bootloader policy and there is a very good chance that the 4.3 update will have a locked boot loader... Meaning no custom recovery and no custom Roms... Check out the MF3 update for the SGS4 to see what I mean.

Deodexed is just the ROM..no kernel, no modem. You can flash them separately with the other packages included in the OP.

Thanks, I am not worried about root anymore and will be returning this to stock since I am giving my note 2 to the wife and she doesnt need root I keep hers plain lol
I sprung for the Note3 which will be in my happy hands thursday....

So you'll be rooting de la Vega soon

For pure stock Odin is your best bet. These packages are rooted and may trip the system modified flag, especially with a custom recovery loaded.

galaxy note 2 (n7105t) regually loosing root

hi all,
for some reason in the last 3 days, my note2 is regually loosing root. and i have to boot into recovery and run the update su patch to get it back
specs are
N7105T
baseband n7105tdvuemk3
kernal version 3.0.31-2138564
buid jss15jn7105tdvuemk2
stock 4.3 with knox removed
se linux permissive <- when i loose root it changes to enforcing
ive got pac-rom ready to install as i test, but just wanted to clarify what the issue may be first

I'm not sure about cm based ROM but for twizz base agni kernel has a version with selinux removed. You could try that and see what happens

I hate asking in the thread but am I able to flash directly from 4.3 and TWRP 2.6.3.3 to this?
I often find it outlined in the initial post but because its not there, I have to ask.

Make sure u have 4.4.2 Boot loader before u flash this from TWRP

Downloading it using chrome instead of firefox now...it just might work....

UNTHEMED one is HEAVILY THEMED lol the dialer, the status bar icons,,,everything is themed. only the fonts are not themed in the unthemed version...
