Push it into the system and work completely? No. Cm11 uses hangouts / the normal MMS. It would be more easy to get hangouts from the play store.

This is the one I am using. Remember that you need to go to settings/security and check the box for unknown sources. That will let you install apps that aren't downloaded directly from the Google play store.

You have to push it to system manually and set permissions and reboot.

Is there any way to get the AOSP messaging app on a TouchWiz ROM?
