Go to settings under data usage hit more then go to networks then access point names change it to att phone

Tried but it switches back to 3g. Even when network says LTE it only has h in super corner above signal.

Speedtest app has been saying "Network communication issues" whenever I'm trying to do a speed test. It works fine on wifi.
I first noticed a problem with my data when I couldn't connect to the item store on Kakaotalk. At the time I thought it was just a problem with the app and Note 2 but I'm starting to think there's a problem with my data after speedtest has failed me as well.
Data works fine for other uses.
Any idea? Flashed multiple roms cleanly and re-downloaded apps with same issues.

Can you download Kakaotalk and see if you can access the Item Store? If not, you may be facing the same problem as me haha

That is so bizarre though... That your phone works. I might flash Canadian firmware and see if that fixes it.. Those two issues annoy me like no tomorrow. (can't send pics through kakaotalk using data currently..)

I restored my phone back to CleanRom 3.5 when I didn't have any problems and it works fine now
Leads me to believe that the newer firmware must be the problem.
Both KakaoTalk and Speedtest.net app works fine.

How is this even possible?
Airplane mode on, network and WiFi location unchecked in the location options. It followed me on gmaps too. I was able to use Google navigation for the first time in forever.
But it still makes no sense.

That's what I'm thinking. I can reproduce this too. Even after rebooting, clearing cache/dalvik, etc.

Have you tryed going into tools, then reset gps state, then download gps data, then reboot.
My friend couldnt get gps on a um.. Ehem, rom that is... No longer with us... And its worked ever since

Ha ha, I can get a lock, but not instantly and certainly not with the GPS disabled.

So I needed to take my wife's nexus in the Verizon store and get a SIM card put in, they activated data fine but it wouldn't activate voice because I was unlocked and rooted on Jake days 4.2.2 so now I need to go back to completely stock as it was before I rooted it but I am lost on how to get back to stock so they can activate it, any help would gladly be appreciated

Check that thread. It's pretty easy. I just did it for my GSM version. Just make sure you download the right factory image.

well couldn't I just use the 4.1.1 files that razor has listed, and go back to stock with that?
I'm guessing after they activate my SIM card so I get data/voice I could unlock boot loader and root then update to 4.2.2 jelly belly.Has anyone ran into this problem before when activating their SIM card?

No problem. I'm sure you could use the 4.1.1, especially if you are just going to unlock and root after.

Flashed lazy rom and everything but data was working. so I messed around with it a little and decided to go back to my back up instead. Now my phone turns on and goes to the home screen and it won't get service and then 1 minute later it Will reboot and does the same thing over and over. I tried flashing stock from Sammobile. But it still does the same thing. I tried everything . Any ideas please!

Any help is better than none lol. I just gotta figure out how to try this re partion. I did some looking on Google and it says only to do it with roms that have 3 files and never do it with roms with 1 file. Confusing haha
