Xposed module Gravity Box allows Pie controls on stock Rom, it works pretty sweet, not very much to configure, it's not LMT but for pie lovers it does the job. It saves me from clicking the home key too many times.
here is the link to Gravity Box http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2316070
and you also need Xposed framework here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
I take no credit, please give thanks to the original developers.

You need to root your device first before you can install the Xposed Framework. You can go to this thread to find out more about rooting http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2460859

I just want to let people know that the Xposed framework has been updated to work with KitKat. I've got both Gravity Box and App Settings working without issue in Madmack's CM11. It's nice to have Pie back!

After some minor headaches, i am running Wanam Xposed, XuiMod and GravityBox together (making sure not to set 2 to accomplish one goal)
And.... its working out beautifully..I have Wanam handling alot of the statusbar with GravityBox helping out some while XuiMod makes everything look nice.
What are some other modules that work well together?
There is a small list in the OP. Hope this helps. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2467958

Yes you will need to install
Framework before any modules will work. The framework is exactly that 'the framework for the modules'.

Is there a way to get a transparent status bar, or make the status bar truly black? It appears to have a grayish color now.
Install Xposed Framework then download XBlast Tools. That's what I used to get mine transparent.

So, there's no way to do it on the Stock ROM?
I think it should work as long as you are rooted.

So you are asking if someone else can test it, so you can use it?
Rooting and testing is what it's all about. Try it, if it doesn't work use to your backup, yes make a backup, to restore your phone.
This phone is tough to really brick.
But back up first. My $. 02. See next post for transparent status bar on CM10.2.

Happy to inform that the GravityBox Module transparent statusbar tweak works great for launcher and lockscreen, along with center clock and a couple of other mods, I also enabled Advanced Power Menu and a few more, just install it and play a little.
screenshots to follow.

Here you go, and remember to backup first. I used GravityBox, but Xblast Tools should work fine also.

Well, GravityBox is a module for Xposed Framework that needs to be installed first and you can find it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
Then after the framework is installed and activated you can open it from your app drawer and in the download section you will find GravityBox and many more modules, select and download the ones you like to have and reboot to activate them, just read the instructions on the framework link I posted and you should be fine.
Another thread you can follow if you are interested in different Xposed modules is this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2327541, I have several modules installed and have not had any problems, just remember to ALWAYS backup before installing.

Are you rooted? If so, and you are not running ART, you can install xposed framework and use Gravity Box to adjust your navbar height.

Not stable? I was using the 2.4 beta 1 release and just updated to the stable 2.4. I haven't had any major issues with it.
The only module I am running is gravity box and it works just fine. I like it because you can adjust the navbar on a sliding scale from 0 - 100% so you can have the height at exactly what you want - including a different height for portrait or landscape =)

Here is the thread for the xposed framework, I'd recommend reading the first post before you install:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
The module I am using is Gravity Box and is here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2316070
Again, read the first post. Not everything in Gravity Box is working with 4.4, but the features I use - including the Navbar height adjustment are working.
nothing????????????????
Most mods are only krt16m at the moment. You might have to wait for more ROMs and mods to be developed. Art changed a lot of things so your best bet is to run dalvik with xposed.

I posted a topic some weeks earlier, but it derailed fast and then died out.
Anyway, is there a way to add the CRT effect using some .zip that is flashable through root explorer or CWM? Is there a way without Xposed?

Anyway, please stop derailing!

AFAIK, there is no other method to get crt effect on stock 4.3 for xperia m. There might be some 4.3 roms that have that effect, but you will have to check that out yourself. Or you can wait until someone makes a mod for it.

It's pretty simple, you download and install xposed installer and then, using that app, you install framework to your phone. Reboot, and then you download gravitybox for jb from xposed installer(it has sort of download centre that allows you to easily find and download modules), install it, activate module in xposed installer and reboot your phone. Then you can modifxy whatever you want with that gravitybox app, most things dont require reboot to apply changes, but some of them do. FYI, you can also try xblast tools module if you don't like gravitybox for changing screen off effect.

Don't be scared with warnings that gravitybox needs aosp roms to work, it works fine on stock xperia rom.

Wanam Xposed is for Samsung Stock 4.2.2 and Wanam Kit is for Samsung Stock 4.4, so ofcourse they will not work on CM11 or any other AOSP ROM.
GravityBox for 4.4 AOSP can be found here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/app-gravitybox-v2-9-1-tweak-box-android-t2554049
(Download can be found in post #2)
Similar option is XBlast - http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-xblasttools-iconcolors-centerclock-t2294419
