Google keyboard not in right place - Verizon HTC One (M7)

As the picture shows, the keyboard goes off of the screen. It isn't a big problem if I'm swooping, but it's a huge pain in the ass when I'm hitting individual keys. Anybody else have this problem?

Its because of the theme. The theme is incompatible with Google keyboard

Can someone tell me where Battery pop-up is.

I know where the middle section is systemui/ battery.XML but I can find where the stuff circled in red are. Smali? or an XML? On top of that, not even sure where the yield icon is. Any help would be great. I also checked framework apk but I didn't see ne thing there either

Its in framework. Its like three parts. Top middle full and bottom dialogs.

Why not just use the Circle Launcher app from Google play? Seems to do the same thing as this.

Any apps/modules for phone call swapping?

I am running 4.1.2 and project x. While I love this ROM, I can't swap between calls. What was once the swap button is the record button. Is there anyway to change this?

Go into the Phone app, hit Menu, then Call Settings, then Custom Settings, then check Delete Record Button, and reboot the phone.
