Does it do it with only that TV
I have this problem but going into service menu *#*#7378423#*#* > testing > Hdmi output
I change it from [email protected]
To [email protected] and that fixes all of my problems

There is only few causes
Tv semi incompatible
Rom fault
Or
Hardware fault

The hdmi cable that I was using was out of the box with the phone. I will read my tv manual

To my knowledge I have never heard anything of that nature. Only the Vita. But I could be mistaken.

After installing Google camera there is patch to be applied so that it works fine but then ur front camera video recording won't work..
