Wifi Connected but not working - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

It's not the first time that this happens to me with Maguro Galaxy Nexus, as the title says:
Often I take the phone to use it at home and it stays there trying to connect forever to wherever I try to conenct, being it Google play market, browser pages, google now, etc.. It is like networking is stuck trying forever. Wifi seems on since the wifi indicator is active.
The only work-around is turn wifi-off and back on. But this keeps happening and never comes back when it reaches that state, the other day the phone remained like that more than 7 hours, so it does not come back ever.
I'm using CyanogenMod 10.2 M1.
Anyone else experienced this?

[Q] Wi-Fi turns on and off constantly?

My phone has had absolutely no problem connecting to Wi-Fi for the longest time. About a month ago, it started refusing to connect to Wi-Fi properly. If I go to the wireless settings, as soon as Wi-Fi turns on, it turns itself off immediately, and it keeps doing this over and over. I've tried different kernels (including stock), different ROMs, which sometimes fix it for a little while but it always goes back to this. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or know how to fix it?

No WiFi on startup

With ICS when I first turn on my tablet, the WiFi often does not connect, even when the signal is strong. WiFi is on, but it does not connect until I turn WiFi off and then back on or manually select my home or office network. Once in a while this happens I turn the tablet back on after it has gone to sleep.
I tried restoring to factory defaults and it fixed the problem for a few weeks. But it has come back again. Has anyone seen this problem and found a solution?
I am using the OTA version of ICS.
I have also had this problem on occasion, but it seems to be happening less and less which is strange. I haven't gone to the effort of resetting my tablet.
There are many little quirks in ICS that I think will need ironing out with an update. Whether Acer think it worth their while is another matter.
I am on stock ICS - Rooted.
I know its not a fix, but normally I just toggle airplane mode from the system bar. Seems to be the fastest way to get it going. It happens on about 25% of cold boots to me.
Been happening to me every reboot since ics. Another incomplete release.

Wifi gets stuck - CM10

Hey
i have a problem with my phone, running CM10 since a week.
i never had this problem with CM9 or stock 4.0.x.
If the phone is in standby for a while and it looses wifi for a few minutes it gets stuck at "searching for wifi" i can't turn it off and i can't reconnect because it never finds any networks until i reboot then everything turns back to normal.
I read a bit through the CM10-Thread but didn't find anything about it. And i didn't found anything with the search.
So..how to fix this?
hope someone can help me.

[Q] Wife issues just recently started on SM-P600

So I just purchased the tablet brand new about 2 weeks ago. Love it for the most part!
Over the past couple of days though, the wifi has really started to act up, and it's passing me off.. About every half hour or so, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter, the wifi will just stop working for a while. The bars will still be there, as will the little "download" and "upload" arrows lighting up as though data is still being sent and received. However, the wifi just isn't working. Pages won't load, speed test . net app won't work, nothing requiring wifi.
I usually have to go into wifi settings to disconnect and reconnect for it to start working again.
I haven't done anything different to my wifi router, and my other wifi connected devices don't seem to be having any trouble staying properly connected, so it doesn't seem like it'd be an interference issue.
Can anyone provide me with some help?

[Q] Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 wifi disables and re-enables while in use

I'm about to throw this stupid thing against the wall. Since I bought this thing a couple months ago I've noticed that sometimes when I am watching youtube a box will pop up telling me that I've connected to T1 (the name of my wifi network). It seemed odd because I was already connected but whatever. Then lately I've been using the HBOgo app to watch shows, and at some point during every episode the app will freeze and I will have to back out and then resume the episode. I assumed it was the HBO app, but I've started to realize that it is the tablet itself freezing and disabling wifi. I realized this today when I was trying to download some files. Nothing too large, 60-100mb, but the downloads were always failing before they could complete so I would have to start over. I start to download a file, the download should only take a couple minutes at the most, but before it completes, somewhere between 30% to 95% downloaded, the whole tablet freezes up and becomes completely unresponsive. Then the wifi icon disappears from the top right, and the wifi button next to location, bluetooth, etc, goes from green to gray, then after a few seconds it goes back to green and a box pops up telling me that I am connected to my wifi network again. I start the download again and the exact same thing happens. I've also noticed that the tablet gets quite hot around the camera.
It does the same thing when connected to my TP Link Archer C7 (just using N, not AC) and a netgear router I had lying around. I doubt it's the network as the router has no way to forcibly disable wifi on my tablet. When I said that the wifi button goes from green to gray, it's as if I had tapped it to manually disable wifi, even though I did no such thing.
Also, it does seem like if I turn the screen off and let it sit for a while to cool down, it will work until it heats up again. Once it starts to feel hot though the wifi will start disabling itself and downloads start failing again.
I'm only about 10 feet away from the router with direct line of site.
So is it just overheating? Defective and time to send it in under warranty?
Everything is stock.
