OK so I've been trying to update the wife's Gnex, however it will not install the ota, either by regular wait for the ota to download and install, or by adb sideload, I was at least able to get a pic of the failed sideload. Mind you her phone has never been rooted or tampered with, which makes no total sense why it won't install. I have tried searching and can't really find a straight answer, however I have seen issues with the nexus 4, but never a real solution to solve this.

In the past 4-5 days I've gotten about 6 updates to my tablet. It tells ne to make sure the device is connected to the charger while it updates and connected to WiFi.
I do everything correctly and still no ICS? How do I get 6 updates and none of them are ics? Some were small sized files, and some were actually really big.
Edit***
I just grabbed my tablet and there is another update, this one 165.56mb
Edit again***
Looks like that update was it!!! Now running ics. ITS amazing , smooth and beautiful.

Something went wrong when rebooting after a nightly update. It has a 5.0 Lollipop ROM on it and it won't boot into recovery, so now I just want to go and revert the whole phone to stock. ADB seems to work so I could just wipe the phone and push stock onto it right?
Is there any good guide somewhere where I can revert to stock using ADB with this?
You're on the old bootloader so the newest TWRP won't load. Try TWRP 2.7.x.x and see how you get on
How do I use this

As you can see the waveing. There is no problem like that before the update. My mom's phone has no issue like that which is samsung. How can I fix that please help me
Try rolling back to the previous version. I got the update last night too, but it wouldnt install properly. Kept sending me to recovery. I had to manually flash the update using the Mi Flash tool. Something could be wrong with the update itself.
I've successfully used Debloater 3.90 on both KitKat and Lollipop (ATT Note 4) to stop OTA upgrades. I've tried to use it on Marshmallow but I get the included screenshot (the screenshot is for only one file, not related to OTA, but every effort to block/disable gives the same error message):

}
Then I tried Debloater 4, but it won't read the phone at all. Update: It won't read ANY of my phones, but knows there are connected.
Anyone have any ideas? And, yes, I know that OTA updates for the ATT Note 4 stop at marshmallow, but I'd still like to get Deboater 3.9 or 4 working properly.
