[Q] urdu language for htc desire hd

dear users
i have htc desire hd A9191
andrid version 2.3.5 Sense3
software number 3.17.1010.1
kernal 2.6.35.10gf654f7n
baseband12.68.60.29u_26.16.04.04_m
but i have no urdu or arabic language in the please help me how to addd language pack with out rooting or custom rom .only urdu fonts can be added in the phone.

For arabic font download a ruu for middle east run it on ur computer n follow the instructions but remember it will restore ur phone to factory setting n u will loose all ur data.
