Hi,
I recently bought a Dell XPS 10 Windows RT Tab. Yesterday I Player around with some of the Desktop Settings to make it More Touch Friedly. Today I returned to my normal Desktop Computer to find these Settings now on my regular Desktop as well. How can i Prevent that?
I use the same account on both machines.

Remote Desktop Mobile and Windows 7 Demonstration on Windows Mobile 6.5

With the excitement that came with the new Sprint 6.5 ROM also came Remote Desktop Mobile. Remote Desktop is old news and I am sure we have seen it running in the past. But using the Touch Pro 2 and the glory of its WVGA resolution makes the experience a lot more functional. Lets not forget that the hardware keyboard makes this that much better, something the HD2 can only drool for. For those that have never seen Remote Desktop Mobile in action I would like to share my experience I had on my Touch Pro 2 with this demonstration running Windows 7, including loading web pages, photoshop, bluetooth transfer, and MS Office.
Lets have a look http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIzZLKu2tok

I've been using Remote Desktop Mobile on my Tilt 2 to remote in to my office's terminal server for months... very convenient.

Microsoft Office apps in tablet mode on op5

Hi everyone,
I would like to use my rooted op5 with an external monitor for office work.
Is there a way, to run the Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PPT) in tablet mode on the op5, i.e. with the menu bar?
I already reduced the DPI to 160 but the apps still open in phone mode.
I have a Microsoft 365 license.
Thanks,
Peter
Afaik, you can't use the OP5 with an external Monitor.
Yes you can. Miracast, Google Cast, and DisplayLink via USB all work.
But that wasn't his question, anyway... I would also like to know how I can force Tablet UIs on apps!
I too am interested in how to force the device to be recognized as a tablet by apps

[Question] Use the surface RT as a second screen for Windows 10

I have done a search and the last post was from 2013. Many google searches are old as well and supposedly are not working.
Is there a way to use my old surface RT as a second monitor for my Windows 10 pc/laptop?
To me the would be the most useful use of this old unsupported piece of tech.
I would also LOVE this, even if there was a way to remote into the RT.
There is splashtop on the windows store with its desktop counterpart. I've been trying to use my surface as a THIRD monitor to no avail, since everything I've found can't handle the fact that I already have two monitors.
There is also spacedesk, but the html5 viewer doesnt seem to work on the surface.

Extract RT apps from device before migrating to W10 ARM

Hello experts,
I have a surface RT with some apps, and another one migrated to windows 10 ARM 32.
On the one still in RT, there are apps that are not available any more on the windows store, for example,
- Splashtop RT client (works wonderfully well)
- VLC for RT (yes it existed!! - ok there is now VLC for ARM 32 so not a big deal, just wanted to compare)
- Poki for Pocket
- Some webradios that i like
- Some photo apps that i like (very occasional use for sure)
As a standard feature, there is no way to backup apps AFAIK, but maybe one jailbreak is done for W10 installation, there might be?
So that we could make a repository of RT apps and share them
Thanks
