Its not new, but its awesome, fast, and useful.. I would say its very fast and the gallery is amazing,, very

no, there's no option for SD Card and max resolution just 8MP.
Does it work (photo rendering) when GPS position in camera settings is ON ?

Is there a way to change the default camera app? When I click on camera in gallery, it asks which camera app to use. But from lockscreen and by pressing the camera button it always runs the old app (CM10). Rather a CM issue, but maybe you know how to set it. Thanks

Yes. Delete the cm gallery apk from /system/apps then install this one normally. Should work fine after a reboot
Running unofficial cm10.1 on my Xperia SL , don't see why the same wouldn't work for you.
Please back up everything before trying

I think the only reason you can not select a resolution of 12 megs is because this apk is designed for 8 or 13 ... Could this be edited?

Hmm. It could be edited from the source, but you'd need someone with experience as well as time to do it. I have the skill, but not the time :/

Maybe somebody knows how to install original stock camera from SGS3 on MIUI v5 (3.6.28) - 4.2.2 (JDQ39E)
why dont you move back to stock rom if you need the camera ?!

i saw this but do we have Amazing Photo Sphere camera ? NFC ? Bluetooth Smart Ready. ? do we have Wireless Display ? Android 4.3 introduced support for OpenGL ES 3.0 on devices with appropriate drivers, do we have this in our SGW ?

Almost all these functions we aren't able to use, because it's a hardware question. But, the system is more fast and smooth than the other versions.
Each 4.3 rom has his own issues. I prefer Growl v2, it's amazing.

It's great that you are sharing this camera app but unless you ported it yourself, you should give proper credits to the dev and link to his thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2391694) instead of creating a mirror for it. Just saying.

Google camera doesn't work on the xperia m. Unless you disable the Google framework services ,which is not recommended

Those apps can't change the camera quality... But if any Dev can make all Samsung cam flash and add some extra tweaking, then camera quality may become good
