Okay man chill for now, just to be sure:
- kernel you use now
- recovery you use now
- os you use now
nandroid if you have, and from wich state (before root/custom os)
- the RUU ver of your phone (which do you need, if you don't know tell which country and carrier you use)
Titanium kernel.I did a nandroid backup after rooting.before flashing any roms

Then you will need the ruu of your phone (as I see yours will be from Lebanon the asia 2.09.707.1) from wich you can extract the boot_signed.img because you will need the stock kernel. (this step can be left if you want to stay at the custom kernel, but then OTA will not be install if it will be)
Go to cwm either from hboot or
adb reboot recovery
flash the nandroid backup, and you're ready to go.
If you want to return the stock, flash the standard recovery of the phone (and then the stock kernel is necessary too)
ugh nvm

i thought you had a nand backup, however that RUU isn't available yet so your only solution is to restore a nand backup as stated above

this one will be good... follow the guide i linked before if you don't know how to restore it

Guys,
I need a quick help.
I formated my HOX. It was stock, rooted, philz recovery, etc.
No I want to install my stock ota file that I saved to my disk but I have no idea how to do it.
Is there any way to instal my ota file update?
There is no option to install nandroid as I'm blocked by network administrator and can not download anything.
Is there any way to instal my ota file update? if you have any idea please let me know.
Thanks,
Ota files only applies to a stock rom, so you need to be on stock rom before you can successfully install an ota

Does RUU workw while I was on 4.22. Can HBOOT be dwongraded?
Nope can't be downgraded, only if your phone came with S-OFF.
And 4.2.2 ruu's are rare/non existing here.

So the only option is when I go home download NANDROID and proceed on.
Another question? DO I need to keep this ota file (Stock ROM) 4.2? IS there any way that I can use it or it is useless?
Because before I deleted my HOX, I flashed stock recovery, relocked boot loader and booted my phone to recovery in order to flash the file by did not work.
Why wipe the stock rom and apply an ota ?
What you can do is this :
Unlock
Flash custom recovery
Restore stock rom
Flash stock recovery
Update the phone via the menu
No need to install the ota that way.

The point is that Stock ROM wont be installed through philz recovery.
I tried to install it with philz recovery and it says;
file_getprop: Failed to stat "/system/build.prop. No such file or directory.
"Error in sd card.. Status 7. Installation aborted.
You mean restoring the nand ?

I'm talking about the OTA stock file (official rom 4.2 ) that I received during update.
The ota file is of no use without running the stock rom. You need to follow my earlier instructions then you can update easily

When you are in the bootloader you look for the option RECOVERY.
And if you are sure there is nothing deleted from your stock rom (system apps/Optus apps) then you only need to flash this recovery and update again

I had HTC Sensation (s-off) with 4ext recovery which has smartflash option for s-on users, with that you can directly flash kernel on your phone without pc, fastboot etc. So is smartflash posible for HOX ? Happy new year.
Nope, only dev work that comes close is the kernel-lighter from thunder

Is that due to hardware or ?
Yes because you need s-off to flash kernels directly via the recovery.
