unzip 2 files changeHosts1.bat and changeHosts2.bat and launch them. Or go to c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ folder, find host file open with notepad and add 2 strings

Then reboot your PC and try to open bbs.anzhi.com
If you need unlock access to this site on your phone, just add this strings in host file from /system/etc folder

Ohhhhh i get it now. thanks. From the look of those icons i thought they weren't launchable directly.
Edit: I used the second method i.e., manually going to host file and adding strings. I had to use this trick to get around the admin privilege: http://www.labnol.org/software/edit-hosts-files-as-administrator/
On windows 8, got to use this method to get around permission: http://www.petri.co.il/edit-hosts-file-windows-8.htm#
Worked for me.
On Linux just add these strings to /etc/hosts

There is a similar host file on phone. See post #5.
But i think root access is needed to modify it.
you can using goagent, setting up the proxy.

most simple solution
because I do not have administrator privileges on my corporate laptop, you can not change the host file. However, there is another way to get to the website anzi.com - simply use the IP address of server hosting websites instead of its domain name.
try to use it in this form: http : // 210 . 245 . 210 . 222 or http : // 210 . 245 . 210 . 204
(because I am not able to post outside links, you need to edit them before entering into your browser - to the form of continuous string without spaces)

but when i mount it on that ofsmount or winimage pro it just shows a blank root.

I used 7z to extract the img and I can open it with the tool.

Xap is easy... Go to: D:\WPSystem\apps... Here select app... For me is {27D6A090-50D2-4337-88CB-41D97597757A} (CustomPFD)... Open folder Install and copy all...
Now put it in SD and delete WMAppHeader.xml and pack it in zip... Now it looks like Install.zip... Now delete zip extension and write xap... It have to look like Install.xap... And u can deploy it... Appx/appxbundle is different, i searching how to it, but i cant find it...

Sorry, CustomPFD dont have WMAppHeader.xml... If there is no WMAppHeader.xml u can just copy all in Install folder and pack it in zip and rename zip to xap...

I have downloaded the file extracted it into c:\data\test\bin but know also net.exe is not working.. Net.exe.mui file is missing it is not in the file i have downloaded...And one more thing i have not that much internet data so that i can download IoT ffu:good:
