So I upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8, everything was working fine on there. But after upgrading if i connect my phone via fastboot I get this:

and in device manager it comes up as "Device Failed Enumeration"
I have installed the drivers doing the Disable Signature Enforcement way for Windows 8, and it gave me ticks saying they were installed.. I tried rebooting my PC and unplugging it alltogether..
And this is what it looks like if im not in fastboot/flashmode and are booted into the phone:

After upgrading to latest version of Kies I'm getting this error message. Tested both on WinXP and Win7, same issue.
It is obviously an "astoreplugin" issue, as it can be seen on image 4.

SOLVED:
- uninstall Kies
- delete "SamsungAppsLocalDB14.db3" in "Documents\samsung\Kies\Download\Applications"
- download and install Kies ver.2.3.2.12054_19_1
- run and upgrade to ver.2.3.2.12054_20
I have a problem I can't write nor read it however it shows how much free storage in settings when I connect it to the computer it shows empty storage and the tablet doesn;t accept any ruu flashes through fastboot
it says partition tabble doesn't exist here is a screenshot of my computer

Ruu? Are you coming from HTC and just said that out of habit or are you on the wrong forum?
Have you tried turning on mtp mode?
Have you tried disabling USB debugging?
Have you tried removing your drivers and reinstalling the ones from Google website?
I updated to windows 10 and now I cant connect my phone to my pc. When I plug it in it recognizes as an "Android Phone" under device manager but, I cant access any of the files on my phone.
MTP is windows driver.
I'm on Windows 10 and I have no problem with MTP.

The phone is a black brick, and there is no response. It only recognizes the 9008 mode when connected to the computer, and the driver is also installed.
I tried to repair with dssjsjhfrj. According to this method, the original factory installation package is required to be flashed in. But I can't find it. The mobile phone is an engineering machine, not an ordinary retail machine. What should I do? Is there any other way? Thank you

You're probably missing drivers, check this article - it helped me install fastboot drivers, so maybe it'll be helpful for you too
