Spigen still hasn't shipped mine and it's been a week since my order. My suggestion is to buy from Amazon as a shipper.
Yeah. Got mine from eBay and got it 2 days later. I just ordered another Spigen case from eBay to review. So maybe go the eBay route.

Hm that's very disappointing then. I had a good experience although I did order mines on a amazon prime eligible order so it arrived in two days. Ordered on Saturday afternoon and received it on Monday. Came via usps

Amazon as a seller/shipper has always been good to me. I'm probably going to complain to Amazon about Spigen's shipping issues.
Finally got my Ultra Case. It took a day longer than it should have, even through Amazon Prime. Overall, the case is good. However, the button feedback is okay to poor. The back is very clear and solid. Another small gripe that I have is that there is a big gap over the microUSB that allows dust and lint to crawl through and is visible through the back.
Received mine ordered through Amazon on Friday. Great case.

I ordered mine on Monday and it still hasn't shipped. Well, to be accurate, Spigen marked it as shipped on Amazon days ago, but the status still reads on UPS: Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations
UPS still doesn't show that the package is in their possession.
Button feedback sucks and I agree with the above: big gap by the micro USB port open to lint.. Boo

I've been using one for a few days now
Pros -
Sturdy
Comes with screen protector
Transparent back
Rubber feet on corners to keep phone flat on table
Cons:
Very flat on back (not ergonomic)
Hard to find buttons without looking
Poor button response (little to no click feeling)
Clear back is very smudgey.
Dust...dust collects everywhere
I like the case well enough for what it is, but the phone feels so nice naked, it's hard to be happy with anything covering it. I'm considering trying the Diztronic.

it doesnt look like it. I ordered one a couple of days ago. I think I'll just use an exacto knife to cut the hole or the port. I wont feel bad doing it to a case that costs 15 bucks as opposed to doing it to a $50 case

I'm pretty sure they are talking about with the case opened. because "Full access to all functions & charging while cased including access to screen functions" you cant have access to the screen functions when the case is closed which makes me thing that statement just means generally you can get to the ports(but the case has to be open). The pics look like they have all the proper cut outs for everything else except for a opening by the ports when the case is closed.
Ordered mine on March 22nd, still haven't recieved it.
I ordered mine on 3/22 also. Got an e-mail the same day saying it was shipped that day too, with a delivery estimate of 3/28-3/31. Still waiting.
I really hate to say it, but I'm beginning to get a little suspicious. I understand overseas shipping and all, but this is a bit rediculous.

It was the best deal I could find for the Xoom Otterbox. I wish it had the polycarbonate screen cover since I'll be using it in sandy conditions but it still looks like the best protection out right now.
The status of my order says it will ship tomorrow. Will see.

Oh, I got the black one. The poly carbonate middle piece feels (more or less) like the nexus 5 back. Its a fingerprint magnet if you touch something oily and touch the case. Easy wipe off though

I ordered the ultra hybrid from spigen_inc on ebay and I never received my case. After sending numerous e-mails(messages) they never replied, I had to open a case and they finally refunded my money. I purchased the champagne gold slim armor from amazon and receieved it in two days, no defects with the buttons.
Purchased mine from Spigen on eBay on November 5th, just received it yesterday.
I'm slightly frustrated with them because I never received any warning there would be a delay in the shipment. They gave me a tracking number the day I bought it, but it didn't work.
The case doesn't seem to have any issues though, and it is really really nice.
I don't think there is a better case manufacturer out there personally.
Purchased my slim armor on Amazon Thursday, it shipped Friday morning and arrived Saturday. No delay whatsoever and no button defect. So it seems like Amazon has already gotten the fixed slim armor cases from Spigen.

I'm pretty sure it was an issue with the power button on the case pushing too hard on the power button on the phone causing it to restart and such on its own...

If you look at the reviews on Amazon then you can see that many people had issues with the power button being pressed down by the case. This resulted in random restarts, shut downs, etc. Enough people complained that the case now has a 3 star rating.

Well, i don't have the luck you have to live in a country where amazon could deliver, so i'm pretty happy i ordered it on ebay for that cheap of a price! don't mind the wait, furthermore it took only 2 weeks when delivery was announced to take up to 6 weeks
I had this case, and me as well as 4 others on reddit so far have all cracked our screens from a less than 2 foot drop when it landed on its face. Be careful with it, I feel like it does more damage than it prevents.

I also had the rhinosheild on my 6p, with a nice dbrand skin was a great combo.
I'm on the fence about pre-ordering the rhinoshield for my 2xl.. we'll see how it goes with my seemingly futile search for the "perfect" (aka it doesn't come off when i put pressure on it to wipe off fingerprints etc) curved tempered glass screen protector..
