Any help where to put the data file on the exd card
Which is the best format for the 64gb cards fat32 or ?
I know i know google search , but might be some real gamers in here
Finger's hot
Folder Mount by madmack on the play store would allow you to move the extra files from bigger games to the external SD.

So i was wondering if using CWM to partition a sd card does it any help in its overall snappiness... currently im using titanium backup Pro to move over my apps to SD but i was just wondering if 1) ext file system improves speed rather than the FAT32 file system.. 2) does CWM make a ext2 file system on the sd card ? and 3)do i use link2sd or does the rom automatically figure out where to put them ( does our roms even support it ? )
Im using the new Samsung class 10 32gb micro sdhc cards so id like to get the best performance out of it

I installed an app (free, I think) from the Play store called "AppMgr III". There is a menu that allows you to select which apps to move to the SD card. Even though the Samsung runs an "emulated" SD card, this application seems to be able to move the necessary files to the TRUE SD card and properly link them to run.
Seems to be working OK, so far.
GL to SD
Need to be rooted but GL to SD is your best bet I have a 32GB MicroSD card and have moved some large games such as
The Bard's Tale 3.4GB
Need for Speed Most wanted 1.9GB
Asphalt 7 1.5GB
Asphalt 8 1.8GB
Horn 1.4GB
Wild blood 1.2GB

Broken sword 750MB

That's not an option without rooting.
Does anyone know that is there option in KitKat to send apps to sd card?
So i am very Happy with my new Moto G 8GB. Since my Moto G have only 8 GB and i need a lot of games on my device (BIG Game Player) i decide to install app GL to SD (look Google Play) to move my Data Game to ex sd card. It works great on new firmware 176.44.1.
Attention!!!
You can not use 3 part apps like Stickmount or Nexus Imprter to mount extern SD card because it makes a lot of problems by mounting folders in GL to SD.
Mount your sd card normally without any extern apps.
Use FolderMount to link your data from SD, and I don't have problems with Stickmount...
since xperia m has very little internal storage, now i am looking to buy 32gb memory card but little confused about this methods.
is swapping works perfectly? i dont want write scrpt again and again on every reboot
or sd card partitioning is good?
please give me suggestion which one is good.
Maybe just use gl to sd app to move game files to sd card. This method is safe and easy.
I think partitioning the SD card is better.
I m using this and it's perfectly fine.
use link2sd to move apps
and gl2sd or foldet mount to move game data to SD card
Eh I just swapped internal with SD. You do it once and then you don't have to deal with other apps.

Internal memory Card /Sd Card ist full
Hello Guys,
I´m so sorry for my english (because it´s so bad) and for any mistakes I will do in this Forum.
I just have one problem: My internal memory is all in used , it´s full.
Yesterday I flashed my smartphone ( S3 GT I9300) and it felt like I did it about 100times, because of freeze and the wrong kernel etc.
Then I tried to get in a backup again, to save a Game again ( Clash of Clans) but the backup does not work, so I tried another and another and...
Suddenly I realised that my free memory gets smaller and smaller. So I actually have only about 200-300mb free.
But I did not put anything on the device. Quite the contrary. I erase already some backups to have more memory...
So exist there any method to " tidy up" the internal memory card??
Hope someone can help me.
Thanks a lot
I´m so sorry...
best regards Gotschi

actually i recently rooted my xperia m c1904 and want to use my sd card to pla high end game ,i don't have unlock bootloader and running on 4.3 jellybean
On all my other devices I was able to make the system believe the internal memory is the external SDcard... and that my external SD card was the internal memory
so I had a 64 GB tablet.
Never had any issues or obvious loss of speed...
Now I have installed my standard apps and the game Xcom and 16 GB are used up... can't move any more to the SD
Any way to do this on the P605 with 4.4.2?
I'm towelrooted

I believe you can use the app Foldermount to do that, or manually relink the drives via Terminal.

As the previous post suggested, get the paid version of foldermount and you can pretty much move (i.e. link) any folder to the SD card without android throwing a fit. I linked the Downloads folder and all of my game obb folders to the SD card and I have plenty of space left on the internal storage now.
FolderMount Problem
Okay i have FolderMount on my android 4.4.2, but when i choose to open ''storage/sdcard1 or sdcard0'' it doesn't show nothing inside (on the foldermount) ! HELP ?! D:
I am confused. What is the point of fooling the system into believing that the external sdcard is the internal memory? I heard that the sdcard is slower than internal one.
Is FolderMount an app to work around the KitKit unable to save to sdcard issue?

Ive been using folder mount since it came out.It does not make anything slower for me.I have 128gb micro sd card and it runs fine.I have alot of games and most are over a gig. With folder mount im able to put everything on external microsd card and play the games from there.I only have 16gb on tablet with about 30 gb worth of game data, so without foldermount I wouldn't be able to fit all the games on tablet. That's why its good to fool the sytem. Hope some of that helped you better understand.
