Can't restore EFS - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I installed this ROM:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2504016
After I did, I had null / null IMEI and unknown baseband and of course no reception.
I tried these guides to restore my EFS (I have a backup):

However, I had no success. Can anyone help me?
Thank you

No basisband, IMEI unknown: EFS corrupt?

Hello,
i have the note 2 lte from my friend. He tried to root but i don't know what he did. He says that he flashed a "bootloader" but it was for the s3. I think i took the auto-root but flashed it in the "bootloader" and not "pda" in Odin.
The phone didn't boot.
I flashed a complete stock rom. Now it boots but IMEI is unknown and no basisband information. I made a first EFS backup here. I tried to flash a modem but it didn't help.
After several tries i get the "hidden menu" with EFS Professional. Now the NVTool works. I can read the IMEI over it. In the phone is the right IMEI so i don't need an injection.
Restore the EFS with my backup above don't help. I tried to make a factory default with Kies but it didn't help.
What is wrong? What can I do? Maybe the partition table is corrupted and so it has no baseband firmware? Why doesn't it show his IMEI when the NVTool (EFS Professional) can read it?
Thanks for your help and sorry about my bad english.

No, because my friend flashed "something" in the bootloader and bricked the phone. He gave me the phone.
I flashed a stock firmware over Odin, the phone boots and at this time it shows no baseband version and no imei in the settings menu.
I made an EFS backup but it was (maybe) already corrupted. I flashed older stock roms, modems only and tried the factory reset in Kies, nothing helped.
The NVTools in EFS Professional 2.0.35 shows me a correct imei number!

You didn't say how, or what you were doing when you lost them but if you were trying some of the 4.4 ROMs it will appear that way on some phones, mine being one. Download a stock ROM and flash it after wiping all, don't have to wipe external SD. Or if you still have one of the ROMs installed pm me and i will walk you through getting it going. If it's unrelated to flashing, follow the advice given.

i9195 no imei no baseband after flash

hi.I got a phone Flash i9195.now no imei no baseban please help me
Do you have efs backup?
If no then you have a beautiful device to surf the Internet, play games, watch videos and all that over wifi
What's the best way to backup EFS? I've seen some applications for PC to do that on other devices, i've also read about copying them manually via shell. Which way would you recommend?
(I've found this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2569532
but it seems to be inactive and incomplete...)
i did not backup the efs.i need a healthy efs
I just remember that I9195 has a diferente efs with security for corruption it was a command for terminal.... but don't remember where is that ill search

Steps to BackUp and How to Permanently Restore Baseband and IMEI

Hi am Vinod from india , i own a samsung galaxy nexus i9250 ( GSM Unlocked and Rooted) . Am a regular flasher of new Roms in my device and try to experiment new things .
Things you should not do and What i have done :
1, Format Factory using CWM .:crying: ( Quite now remember that one contributor mentioned in the development section that format factory using CWM leads to mess up the Baseband and IMEI [did before read that post ] ) .
Things you should do and How to Restore your IMEI and BASEBAND :
1. Ultimate Solution is BACKUP your rom before doing anything silly or flashing hard (I did and it made my device to get back to normal )
IF NOT atleast Backup your EFS :
1. Using this Tool Bacup your EFS and save it in safe place(Cloud :victory: )
EFS Why ? EFS is the one most important in any device ., if people flashing hard(back to back) or formating factory will lead to corrupt your factory folder .so its the better and best ever thing to backup and save it . You can restore factory folder using the same application  .
The above method are temporary fix can someone guide me or share the link for permanent fix ?
PS : Dont scold me if this been answered many a times but unfortunately am not able to find any one :crying: (my bad) .

IMEI away

Hello I had Protax installed everything ran perfectly. But I installed the stockrom again. But then my IMEI was 0. I installed LineageOS and my IMEI was still 0. So I installed Xposed with an IMEI changer and changed my IMEI. And when I * # 06 # calls is also my right IMEI there. But in the settings my IMEI is 0. I can not make any calls or log in to the network. What can I do?
