Check the connections on the back cover. Pry the tabs out a little bit to ensure proper antenna connection.

same thing, rather odd...
The back tabs touching or not shouldn't affect service. I actually put tape over them and get like 10-20db better service.

That's what you'll see if the cover is off, which is why I recommended making sure your cover is making contact with the tabs on the back of the phone.

Its simple..
MAke sure you have the Nitro drivers installed.
Extract the zip file
inside of it is the drivers for our device and the application
Double click on the application and put your phone in pc mode
*NOTE WONT INSTALL WITH LESS THEN 50% BATTERY*
It will delete everything from you device so make a backup if needed
Installing now. fingers crossed at 10% now.

op, did you make a backup beforehand? if not, i would suggest reflashing your rom and simply installing the apk of swiftkey flow. but only if your imei is intact.

okay...**** man what an ordeal that was!! but i did it finally. got my phone up and running but now i have a couple of questions.
on stock rom(stock rogers rooted) shows 4g mostly but when i revert back to cm10 stable it bounces from 3g to h+. okay so i did a little comparison and while on stock it flips from HSPA+ 15 and UMTS: 3 but it only shows 4g. on cm10 it flips from HSPAP - 15 and UMTS: 3 but when it does that it shows 4g and 3g respectively. Now i know that custom roms especially this one shows "true" data and that they don't really align with the stock but i don't remember ever seeing 3g. Also, the current modem is 1747MVLLH1 but it doesn't match the two modems listed in another post titled "complete modem list" and they are: I747MVLLE8 and/or I747MLALH1. do i have the right modem?
Apparently I'm not authorized to say that my wifi isn't working in the developer section, so I'll put it here. Wiped everything, tried to update PRL and Profile immediately after reboot, but it keeps say "authentication error." I'm on Imperium 2.0.1. Am I missing anything obvious?
Wait a while and try? My Prl and profile don't do anything to WiFi though. Or so I believe.

Yeah, I will try again a little later. I guess I don't think the PRL or profile affects wifi either, I just threw that in in case someone said something about following the installation directions. I'm coming from Lifeless 12 so I'm going to try installing from stock and see if that makes a difference

If that's what the major cause of these wifi issues are for folks I'm going to pull out my hair. I've flashed back to v9 stock and walked my phone through every step about 15 times now trying to find the issue and could never duplicate it.

Apparently not. Take a look in the Q&A section.
In case people here do not check the i9505 forums. I followed these steps
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2360346
to fix a soft bricked i9505g on my M919 Tmobile Galaxy S4. Everything worked perfectly even though odin/download mode had lots of errors showing on the s4's screen.
Google wallet activated, LTE, wifi. So far I cannot find anything wrong.
Partitions are still the same as the original phone so there should be no reason you cant use odin to return to stock.
I take no responsibility if you do this and something gets hosed but its working great for me. If you want stock google but dont want to deal with peoples custom roms this may be the way to go.
You my friend are a bloody reckless, and absolutely brilliant Sir! I might give this a try. Waiting for a bit more feedback, but well played! :highfive:

Someone on there did it with a i9505 and confirmed it working so i figured I might as well give it a shot. Especially since our phones are closer to the i9505g than the i9505 is.

So, flashing the modem.bin in Odin gives me an authentication failure. I just figured I would mention that. Attempted to flash it through the phone option.

It'll fail. Google OTA's have historically included bootloaders and modem updates. As a result, those won't be able to be flashed for the same reason they can't be flashed in Odin (sig mismatch).

Looks like im only getting LTE data and not HSPA. It connects to HSPA but no actual data transfers. Calls work fine though. Edge works fine as well
edit: restored phone back to stock using odin, everything working fine now.
Really dont know if its something i did or was something else that caused it.

I just ran into something a bit strange.
I am on the tmo network, and with any custom stock rom I flash, whether it's my own or others, I get no network anymore.
However, if I KDZ to stock 20r I do.
