Get a 3rd party launcher, the EMUI launcher is horrible anyways. Or find another theme for EMUI

Get SOLO Launcher. You can manage all parameters, like shadow and background icons.

SOLO Launcher
This should work http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/rooting-roms/hack-enable-pure-icons-borders-t3315731
Root the phone
Use the root file explorer and navigate to /system/emui/base/prop/
Edit the local.prop, change the ro.config.hwtheme=1 to 0, save and exit
Reboot the phone
Clear the launcher data
Done!

Hi , im actullay using
Hydrogenics ROM (4.0.3 AOKP ROM)
Could someone tell me if it actually possible to change icons on trebuchet launcher. (When i click on 'icons' section in settings , nothing appear)
Is there a way for me to chose wich icons for wich app ? Especially in dock'apps
Your best option would be to download Desktop Visualiser from market. You can set the icons to any of your choice and additional effects. This is what i use and works perfectly for me.
Long press and hold to move the icons out of launcher

Nova Launcher/Apex Launcher/Holo Launcher/ Trebuchet Launcher :good:
i dont really know what theme pack or theme chooser theme is used for the google search bar and dock, but this looks much like the basic arrangement..
Hit Thanks if I helped : from Tapatalk
I can tell you that theme is chromium looking at the navigation bar buttons

Yes. This has more to do with the theme than with the ROM/launcher. Any stock rom like CM10.1 with most launchers (Nova Launcher/Apex Launcher/Holo Launcher/ Trebuchet Launcher, as Seraz007 mentioned) can achieve this look, or something close.
naman14 said it was chromium theme, It looks right to me. These themes are not really related to launchers. They are for the cyanogenmod theme engine, I think, and many other ROMs have the theme engine built in so they can use the themes too.
Just try buying and installing the .apk, then go to settings->theme and it should be an option.
Basically what the stupidly long title says
I want to use the stock launcher but have the ability to change the icons to more than just the LG ones
Thanks
Download icon changer free from Play and use to create shortcuts of apps on home screen. You can download many free icon packs to use. Note it will only work on the home screen, for system wide you'll need another launcher.

If you have root and don't mind going the tedious method of individually changing the icons of each app, you can extract the icon that you want to use from an icon pack, store it on your phone, and edit the app icon using a custom 1x1 image and use the extracted icon.
Sample of edited AirDroid icon:

Had it on my Nexus 5 previously. Had some problem getting it to work properly for the popular Click UI icon pack (with the icon masks not displaying properly, etc) and the app has not been updated (at least on the Play Store) since Dec 2013, so I don't know if the creator is still supporting it or not.
does anyone know how to get rid of the little green androids on the LG icons in the app drawer?
i am using moonshine + nova launcher and noticed that the LG system app icons remains unchanged.
It's time that I'm looking for a theme with icons that change with those of the PlayStore and even with the possibility of a font!
Thanks and sorry for my bad english!

Just take any Theme, open it with winrar for example, enter into the "Icon" file and delete all Icons. Then you should have Stock Android Icons

I'm sorry for that.
I used to own a P8 Lite and there it actually did work for most of the apps
Looking around the web, I have found a theme with icons of Google PlayStore:
