I maybe wrong but you should hear the difference only when you plug-in a headphone.

[q] cm9 FM radio app?

Any y'all here know how to use FM radio in cm9?
Sent from my Wildfire S A510e using xda premium
since there isn't an fm app in cm, people are suggesting spirit fm for all devices who have cm
Actually i was using fm on cm7 it was working for me.there was a thread about working fm app for cm7 use it.. the only strange thing is that when you turn radio on, it is turning bluetooth as well, i dont know why and i dont know about cm9 because i have not listened to radio yet
I use Spirit Light.
Spirit seems good.
Though i've heard that the MIUI FM app ported is also pretty slick

[Q] How to force Samsung Galaxy GIO to stay on 3G ?

I am using GIO as wireless access point for my notebook, but in 90 % of cases when I am calling someone or someone is calling me it automatically switches to 2G and of course dropping internet connection.
When using it as AP its always connected to charger.
There is no option in stock rom to make it stay at 3G , there is only option to force 2G.
Was trying to uncover "secret" menu using "any cut" application but no luck with it.
I am using stock 2.3.4 Android , was trying 2.3.6 but there is no option to force 3G either.
I saw there is such menu to force 3G on SGS2 / SGN but not on GIO
How can I force Samsung Galaxy GIO to stay on 3G while talking with someone ?
Use cm7.
It has those options

if you're using stock rom, try this combination *#2263#
select wcdma band preference then select wcdma all
if want to restore the setting, just repeat the combination and select automatic

[Q] 4.3 and BT: did it fix the "skipping" sound?

Has anyone tried 4.3 and played music over BT?
Especially I'd like to hear from these who experienced sound skipping issues on stock 4.1.2 (when sound stops for 1/10 - 1 second, sometimes ones an hour sometimes few times a minute especially if phone wasn't rebooted for a very long time)
I just hope it's something software related and not hardware. S3 for example has same issues, and some say it's even worse, S4 doesn't seem to have it at all.
The skipping sound used to happen to me on 4.1.2 (on 4.1.1 i ddnt experiemce issues) Now on 4.3, i havent expirienced the skipping issues yet.. but wht do u mean over BT?
GIVE A THANKS button if i helped
