Hi folks! I can't find screenshot feature on cm 4.3.1. Is this feature exist in this os or not?
Secondly; when I take a picture with flash, flash get brust and phone restart itself. I thought, it cause my battery goin fat... Or it cause camera app..

I have midnightrom 4.1 which is great and I want to upgrade to 4.2 but from what I understand it gives you that AOSP lockscreen that I cannot stand, is there anyway to get the stock lockscreen on midnightrom 4.2?

I just downloaded 4.2 and in the process of flashing it, but having a little trouble. From what I have read, you flash the AOSP lock screen, so all u do is not flash that particular zip. when I finally flash it, I will repost on here to confirm.

You guys are in the wrong section. Please direct your question to the proper thread, located here. The answer to you question is yes you can restore the stock lockscreen. However, the AOSP lockscreen is ONLY part of the theme and not included in the ROM.

Yep...us newbies are relegated here...which I can understand. Another spam avoidance tactic. All for it...
As for the lock screen. I flashed midNIGHT 4.2 and have the stock Epic lock screen. I haven't installed any of the themes, which is where the AOSP is.
Love midNight by the way. No issues that I wasn't able to easily troubleshoot and remedy. Thanks for the fantastic work.

I tried the Midnight 4.2 out and had the stock lock screen. So go ahead and update away!
Problem solved--Couldn't get Paranoid Android to get past boot logo. What solved it was doing a flash of CM10, then a 'dirty flash' of PA on top of it...I'm guessing that worked because it's CM10 based, but I'm not sure. Either way, there's the solution. Also, CZ, it won't let me edit that title to say solved. Also--any idea on my other thread about why Android File Transfer doesn't work anymore? Skyler, the last thing I need to do is annoy people--I can't even post in dev threads yet!

It's considered forum etiquette to do two things here, since your thread is solved.
1) Edit your thread title to include the word "SOLVED" with brackets around it. Like this:
[SOLVED] or [FIXED] or [IGNORE] or something similar.
2) If you fixed your issue, then you might consider typing what you did to resolve the issue, so the next newb-in-need-of-help can read your post and do the same fix.

Glad you go this worked out, but it was a known issue that was discussed yesterday right after the rom was posted. Also, this doesn't belong in the Dev section anyway. I'm glad you couldn't post there. Why does everyone think they should post their questions in the dev section when we have a Q/A section? Did you click on the "Edit" and then you click the "Go Advanced" option? That's what lets you edit thread titles.
Sorry, I can't help with the other question.
I fixed the title---and I would have posted there if that thread existed when I posted...as far as I can tell, it came about a few minutes after I posted, and I was already gone. I'll post in Q&A next time then.

i recently rooted my nexus with codename android 3.8.0 (4.1.2)

and i cant use my camera " unfortunately, gallery has stopped" pops up..
okay well i downloaded the 4.2camera.zip file went in to recovery deleted cache and dvcache , uploaded the zip, i tried setting the premissions to rw-r-r i believe thats
what its suppose to be set at. and i rebooted and still nothing.
I also deleted the gallery2.apk file. because they say that it could conflict.
the only thing i dont get how to do is to move the lib. files? ...
help me out please ! i miss my camera !

Hello guys, so during my search in internet i found another post of CM 11 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2551460), and i saw that the user was banned, and link removed, so i was able the contact the user who crated it (penguin449), and he sended me a link of his build, i flashesh the rom and it was extremely faster, and kitkat too, now i dont get it why he has been baned his cm 11 rom is ok !!, or he just got banned for another post ?
Btw i dont know the user, but that rom was very faster (a lot more faster than haddi rom - (respect for had for bringing it to us ))

Also, please save this kind of questions for this section here.
Also the ROM was reported as stolen by a user from another xda forum. I won't go into more details but please, try to understand that closing that thread was for the best. And the fact that that ROM was better, was not due to mr penguin449's work.

ok arsradu i got what i needed, so i saw that galaxy S got a CM 11 nightly rom, is it possible that rom can be ported to our phone ? (just personal usage )

It's showing your camera upside down because of one commit in CM sources for frameworks/av/. The problem is with all omap or opmar4 devices? It should be reverted now, so latest CM nightly should have that fixed. Also this thread should be in the Q&A section, hopefully someone moderator will move this and few other threads to the right sections soon!
