What is the best ICS Rom with working TouchScreen for games? I want to be able to play games like Modern Combat 3 with the TouchScreen responding throughout (if you get what I'm talking about when the controls gets locked and you can't do anything really).
A game like ShadowGun where the TouchScreen is completely bugged. I found a fix for the HTC Sensation and a rom which fixes the problem for the Xperia Play (DarkForest). I hope there is a rom like DarkForest or ICS++ for the Arc/S.

I've flashed my phone with the ics final v3 from user markphyton. And any game crashed. GTA III or Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies. Why doesn't start it? I want to play it .__.
how can I play these games with the rom?

It's generally accepted that ICS doesn't handle games very well on the Xplay and even custom roms struggle somewhat.
Task killing may give you enough free RAM to run those games, perhaps create a small virtual ram swap file (there are scripts and apps) on your sd card. A gentle overclock may also help.
Or you could just downgrade to GB

Just make sure you're on the recommended baseband for the Play which is 64.
Hello, ive installed this Rom

but when i try to play games, it crashes, i.e off-road legends crashes after 3 min of play, most wanted doesn't even start and so on.
Tried different kernels (Lupus and Doomlord) but - still nothing. OC didn't help either.
Is there any way to play games and still have MIUI because i really really like it

Yes, if you intend to continue using it for games, stick to GB ROMs.

My problem is whenever I try to play gameloft games it's just loading on the screen with a circle and black background then after a while it will go to the home screen.:crying: Almost All gameloft games that I already tried didn't work on my GN2 N7105 international version. other games will work but not gameloft games. Am I missing something here? Im rooted but running everything on stock. I just really want to play and try the gameloft games but still no go. anyone can help me fix this issue? Thanks in advance!
Have u tried to backup ur apps and factory reset the phone and then install games and see if that works ?

are you connected to wifi and have you download the gamedata? some games will only become playable after you download the gamedata (using wifi)..

Cm10 when cleaned from unneeded apps, as our phone cant afford too much addons to rom if u want to use it as gaming device with jb or slimbean as its best jb rom for play. On slim its possible to even play ravensword without to much lags

I'm using Racing Speed with Lupus JB v8 480 and works fine for games (i play NFSMW, dead trigger without lag)
Personally, I really like smokerman's LiGux ROM since it's a very good ROM for daily use and has got beautiful UI graphic. I haven't tried heavy gaming but I expect games like Dead Trigger to be fully playable. SlimBean is another good choice, especially if you want to personalize very much the ROM. Anyway I don't reccomend to play heavy games on JB/ICS, GB is still better, or, if you don't need camera, wifi and bluetooth it's worth to try the KitKat ROM, very very stable and fast and games run better than on GB.

I don't try yet. Lately i'm playing Crazy Taxi, has a little of lag without overclock, but is fully playable

The play store let me download it
One way is to change the biuld.prop.......or get the game from other sources........

As long as your running a high enough firmware in ics jb then u can download it
